Iconic music video imo. Pete List directs a simple yet sharp stop-motion video that heightens all the great qualities of Marilyn Manson as a band. Manson, Twiggy and John 5 are the ones that have the biggest spot to shine, while Manson sings an anthem that he wrote as a critique of the MTV Celebrity Deathmatch show and the TV culture around that time.
Beautiful animation and aesthetic of the MTV show that just screams 2000s in the best way possible. Weirdly enough, I believe that a stop-motion music video of MM actually fits them and it works better than one would think.
