This is a Precious Moments Christmas Story.

Little Timmy has a letter who live in the city covered with snow and saw Chris and Holly's house. His parents told the children about the teddy bear and a dolly.

With the help of Dudley the Dog and Colin the Mouse, they brought the teddy bear and a dolly to the children. See? Dudley's chasing the teddy bear from the car.

When Little Timmy trip up the basement door and a dolly fell off the well, Chris brought the dog and Holly brought the teddy bear instead on Christmas morning. So, Little Timmy was very happy about Chris, Holly, Dudley, Colin and their parents.
