A Must Watch If You're A Prince Fan.

This really is a must watch if you're a Prince fan. Brilliant.

Incorrect background info on this doc

As a Prince fan and a Minneapolis resident, there are many errors in this doc which was obviously not even filmed in the US (there are some scenes at First Avenue but that's it). The film states in the opening that Prince was raised in Minneapolis "the capital of Minnesota." St. Paul is the capital.

Also, they speak of Prince's father playing on "Hancock street" or something similar. He played on Hennepin Avenue. The main downtown street in Minneapolis, just a block from the First Avenue night club.

Also, it's not true that Prince begged his dad to teach him piano. Prince listened to his father but Prince had a music genius where he could just teach himself an instrument. He didn't need to be taught. This scene is so dramatic and unnecessary.
