USA comics had MAD, France had Pilote

This documentary was made for the 50 years of Pilote magazine, telling its beginning and its peak. When you look back, not only it helped comic to reach the height of graphic novel and of 9th art, helping the blooming of so many of the French and Belgian authors, but it also influenced society and contributed to its evolution. And last, but not least, contributed to "create" the current humour and the liberties it has nowadays.
