Loved it!

A beautiful, powerful, poignant story with a true sense of hope and purpose. The actors were great, the video editing work was fantastic, and the message is beautiful. Definitely want to rewatch it :)

touching, real, compassion, freedom, pain and love

Such a rollercoaster of emotion packed into this beautiful film and so many life lessons to boot. Getting lost in the lives of this family and their struggles as well as overcoming life's obstacles really opened up my eyes to how to live a better life. Thank you May Yam.

Fantastic acting, cinematography, and writing-Great drama film.

Headwind was a fantastic drama-a piece of the reality we all face. The acting brought out each character's personality, traits, and uniqueness. The story itself was emotionally tough but familiar in our human experience. The cinematography was amazing, the acting fantastic and the writing was very well done. This film is very touching.

Amazing, touching short film

Very rarely does a short film do justice to the challenges faced by couples in daily life. Headwind does just that. Throughout the film we are taken on an emotional roller coaster. The bonus is the music of Bay Area indie band, Sweet HayaH. This film is a must watch for many reasons! The directing, acting, and storytelling, as well as the music, are all outstanding!
