    It's become tedious!!

Same thing... a nouveau riche family invites a poor unfortunate family to show them what their life's could have been like if a little luck was on their side. It's now getting tedious and a disgusting exploitation of the hard working class, whom haven't had the breaks that the others have.

    I love this show.

Personally I think this is a great idea. It is helpful for the poor as well as the rich. As they both learn from the experience. The kids from the poor enjoys it immensely and the rich kids realise how much they have and how privilege they are.

    Bit like poverty porn

Would have been better if rather than a week, they'd swapped for a year. Really would have highlighted the differences between the rich and poor in the UK if we'd seen an episode a week covering how the different families coped for a whole year. Pretty tasteless otherwise. Shame.

This is a very wholesome show

    Rich people being humbled.

    Poor people having brief respite.

    What's not to like?

I enjoy seeing both sets of families adjust to their new lifestyles, and how their financial situations provide them with tinges of inspiration and admiration for their opposites.

No doubt this experience changes their lives.

Whether it be the rich folk feeling more empathetic (maybe even philanthropic) towards the common citizen, and even spending time they wouldn't normally have with their own children... or the poor chaps seeing what you can achieve through hard work and commitment, regardless of background... This is a greatly wholesome show.

It's not about shaming or snobbery loving, which is refreshing in a 'Reality' series.

    Give it a go.

    What's the point?!

This show would make more sense if the message was to viewers, at the beginning, end, and throughout the episode; "This is what you can have if you stay in school, don't be a criminal, stay away from drugs, read books!"

There are real life stories galore of people living in the worst conditions growing up to become immensely successful.

This show doesn't motivate, at all.
