Slug Street Scrappers

Cheesy one liners, badass fights, arcade fighter costume design - this show had it all. I was recently reminded of slug street scrappers and was struck with memories of my younger self pretending to be bruiser bomb bash beating up the slugger squad in my room, fighting my shadow to become 'toughest in town' , joining a karate class to feel like Ryuken. If you're looking for a Streets of Rage action comedy esc show, I highly recommend this, a really fun watch. I can't stress enough how enjoyable watching the slug street cast is, you can feel the love of martial arts from all the characters in expertally choreographed fights. While this show definitely isn't for everyone I for one absolutely love this.
