OK so I am supposed to be finishing of a design for a client. While I do my design work late at night I like to put on a TV show in the background. Tonight it happened to be 'KPSW' normally the show is on in the background and I just pick up a few things as I work. This time I stopped and watched it. Sure its not the next big thing but I tell you what it is pretty close. I can see me watching this with my kids on a Sunday evening. The characters so far are intriguing don't ask me the names as I am useless with names. I especially like the young girl and I bet plenty of young girls can relate to her in different ways and that is just from the first episode. I am not going to go into details of the show but I will say this if like me middle aged man with kids and who likes to think he has a heart and that the world is not all bad you will enjoy this show and I cant wait to see the next episode.
Here's another show that was axed that I personally enjoyed. I guess it simply didn't reach a large enough audience to renew it for a second season.
The episodes were smart, funny, entertaining, etc.. Well written and well executed by the company of actors and directors. Certainly a neat pseudo sci-fi show to be sure.
There wasn't a single episode I would call weak. It's been a while since ABC have had a show with consistent high quality IMHO. I personally can't think of one today. Plenty of hits and misses.
Well maybe Kevin didn't save the world but gave fans 16 enjoyable episodes.
Just my two cents.

This was just a wonderful, fun, Loving, heartwarming, uplifting show......So of course it wasn't given more of a chance! I'm so tired of good shows being cancelled, while more and more Stupid reality shows are kept on and duplicated. Jason Ritter is so great to watch, in anything he's in. He is just loveable. This entire cast was great together. The show left you feeling good.
Need to figure out why these producers couldn't keep this show full of positive messages, positive characters, positive values and positive energy going ....tough writing call, I guess , but I'm sure there are people that could bring their talents to run with this ...but ....alas!
It starts off as something you can put on and enjoy enough without paying attention. It grows really well however, when all of the people Kevin helps come back in later episodes creates for very entertaining situations. It's sad to hear that this show was cancelled. Season 1 is definitely worth watching though.
