Take some styrofoam and some idiotic costumes. Have people do ridiculous things. Have one of them use a 150 foot arm to down a hole for some reason. What you have is a film that has no real creativity or anything of interest to promote.
I enjoy strange, odd, and absurd short movies as long as they have a good premise. This film is just weird for the sake of being weird, which is redundant and moronic. Creating something that doesn't make sense just to be weird or alternative is not creative, it's just lazy. Creating something with a good story that flows well takes a lot of hard work. Making a jumbled mess of a film (like this one) is just plain lazy writing no matter how well your special FX are.
The short flick steps sideways to offer a different sense of storytelling. Well done.
Nice. example of reasonable humour. but bizarre enough for not give a coherent story but few pieces from the clash between different civilisations. a parable ? why not ? but not the most convincing. an astronaut lost in the land of a Stone Age, a father and his son in eccentric costume, mix of Sci fi references and a game from Falkor to David Bowman.
