The title, Devil Maker was created As Linda May Brigati listened to "Devil May Care" for potential music in the film. Her grandson, Dominic Ontiveros, suggested that she change the title from "Mourning Son" to "Devil Maker". Dominic heard the term 'Devil Maker' instead of Devil May Care as he was listening to the lyrics.
