    Motivation at its finest...

Asse and his group provide motivation and the beginnings of an in-depth life change. The very basic steps are outlined in this documentary on how to begin living the vegan lifestyle to improve your health, sleep, life, and the way you look at yourself. The viewer is able to follow along these people's lives from day one, see their struggles, and triumphs. Congratulations are all that can be passed on to this amazing group of people.

    It's a trap! Infomercial only!

Good for Tracy, for her motivation and determination, and eventual success, but this "film" is just an infomercial for the fitness institute displayed on everyone's tee shirt lol!

In the final minutes they really hit you with product sales and lifestyle, too, almost like a religion - but definitely like a business.

    And, definitely not a movie!

Inspiring movie with achievable and real results

This movie is a sequel to Juan-Carlos "Carly" Asse's award-winning documentary movie "Unsupersize Me". It takes the premise of the first film, adds a fun, competitive group edge, and showcases the phenomenal impact that diet and exercise can have on your life and loved ones.

Most documentaries and "get fit quick" schemes want you to buy their products or lifestyle additions. Juan-Carlos has none of that, and just shows through his six ordinary subjects how with a simple, consistent diet and exercise routine, the group is able to lose weight, improve their health, learn how to cook, and add variety to their life.

Better filmed than the original, more informative and entertaining, this is a must watch for anyone interested in documentaries, for those looking for motivation to jump start their diet and exercise routine or for those that simply want to make healthier choices.

Watch this film, you won't regret it!

A Way of Living that will change the world, person by person.

This is a film for Everyone to watch if you want to feel better about yourself, Physically, Mentally and Emotionally. No matter if you have lots of weight to lose or just a little, it is a film that will guide and inspire you to become the best and most healthy version of yourself. That's what we all want ultimately to be the best we can be with maximum health and to enjoy life.

I always thought that only eating plant food was difficult, restrictive and would leave me hungry weak and miserable. I now see through this film that a Whole Food Plant based Diet is achievable and gives the body incredible strength and endurance. There are no wimps in this film!

Carly Asse is an inspiration! What an incredible story he has to tell and through his success in life he is sharing his incredible knowledge and gifts with the world. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou Carly. This message has to get out to the world.

What we are seeing is a new way of thinking and being that supports our health, the health of our planet, and ignites our passions and compassion for all beings, especially animals on this planet.

All i can say is, Be kind to yourself, first and foremost, eat plant based foods, get outdoors in the fresh air to move and breathe and transform your health. Be kind to the planet, to other people and all the beautiful animals in it. Become the best and happiest version of yourself, become an inspiration to others through your actions. Be the change you want to see in the world.

The tools and Knowledge are right here! Bravo.

Well done! If this doesn't motivate you, not sure what will...

If you're looking for a typical "biggest loser" type story with scary fitness trainers, yelling and screaming, and magic pills, this is NOT the movie for you. Too many people are looking for something to buy, a pill to swallow, or a shake to drink. All of the solutions have been staring you in the face since the dawn of the "paleo-man." It's time to get back to how we truly climbed to the top of the food chain, if that's the way you like to think of it.

If you're looking for a practical solution to the medical conditions that afflict everyone on a Western diet, here it is. This movie is a heart warming look into the journey of ordinary people who make an easy, small change in their lives with big implications. The results are undeniable, the methods are irrefutable, and the story is real. Do yourself a favor and watch. Juan-Carlos is not trying to sell anything, he is only revealing what we already know, even if it's tucked way down in the recesses of your soul.
