Slaughtering a dog for a movie is not art, it's just plain sick. How can you people live with yourself? And all the other people involved with the film, all the crew, and the actors....i find it hard to believe that nobody stepped up to stop such a gruesome act! Whatever happened to humanity? You don't deserve even 1 star. You may have escaped the law for God knows what reason but i hope your consciences haunt you and will never be silent. Remember the dog's face and final cries everytime you see one. I will never watch, support, and most especially recommend this movie to anyone. I hope the director or anyone from the movie would come across this review.

All the cast were really excellent in portraying their role, not to mention the superb acting of Ms Irma Adlawan as Kapitana! The movie is totally a tear jerk-er for me, and knowing that it's based on true story really kills me from the inside. Best Actress and Best Ensemble Award are well deserved, no questions ask! It's a movie worth watching.

Of all the MMFF entries, this is the best that i've seen. There's no plot holes and they really deserve the best cast ensemble and the FPJ award. The plot is well established and it would really make you anticipate something. It's just sad that almost everybody focused on the "killed animal scene". A 10-15 second part of the film that you would almost forget about when viewing the movie. I don't know how they managed to remember that scene. The climax is much more worthy of the spotlight. Kudos to the makers.
