Thanks to the strong script and screenplay, it keptit so much engagint all through the 2 hrs. Couldn't believe Mijur Gopi is debu director, the way he had handled multi variables in this complex equation and at the end eventually solving it gracefully with a stylish climax. Every aspect of human emotions was dealt carefully, and the movie had gripping moments too. Nayantara indeed did justice to her role.Amazing 2 hrs for sure will leave a mark in your heart and minds.

Debutante Director Gopi Nayinar narrates an episode in the life of a young and idealistic collector Mathivathani (an excellent Nayantara) who has to deal with a crisis situation involving a kid trapped in a deep bore well.

It is pertinent tale for our turbid times steeped in growing inequalities and institutional apathy especially when dealing with those unfortunate to dwell at the bottom of the pyramid.

The movie's main strength is its leading lady played by Nayantara who brings an earnest approach to her role. The director is successful in creating an authentic milieu and relatable supporting cast which engages us. On the downside, it gets tedious when it is overtly melodramatic and downright preachy.

Yet, the sincerity in effort to stand out from the crowd and succeeding to a large extent in flagging issues which are largely ignored or dumbed down by mainstream cinema is appreciable.

This actress and the movie must awarded in best. Hats off to the director! And Nayanthara's acting was truly amazing. A social problem very well dealt.

Having watched several 100s of Indian , English and European language movies, i understand what I' am saying - This is a hidden gem and a must watch!!

This movie has done justice. Story revolves around the little girl falls into a deep borewell .How government will give support to save the child. What happens if the goverment failed to save the child.

In this movie, Nayanthara has done a perfect role as a collector.How she manages all kind of responsibilities to save the child even if the politics has interrupted and public has not give proper support.

This is a very natural movie. Every scene is realisitic until the movie is completed. Background music and songs are perfectly done based on emotions and scenes.

If you are looking for moral message not for entertaining movie, you will like this movie. This movie gives very good message if you want to give awareness to the society.
