When it comes to making a fan film or any film for that matter, the typical, smart, rational thing to do is to take into account your resources and work well within your means, and usually this is the best way to turn out a professional product.
DigitilHeart likes to tear that page out of the unwritten rule book of fan-films and dive head first into the kind of ideas that other fan filmmakers would immediately dismiss as unfeasible and Spider-Man 2: Another World is the epitome of that crazy, over-the-top ambition being put to screen without any regard for limits.
The end result may not be entirely consistent but it is incredibly impressive and respectable and there's nothing out there quite like it that can capture the imaginations of potential creators in the same way.
Spider-Man Another World has Spider-Man taken on an interdimensional time-travel adventure to discover the importance of being Spider-Man and overcome his PTSD from the events of the film's predecessor, Spider-Man Lost Cause, in order to defeat the demon that looms over the future of his world, Venom.
What's most impressive is that Spider-Man 2: Another World never really falls short of its ideas and potential and my only real criticism would be that there's honestly too much. There are approximately 15 minutes of the film that could be cut out and I feel the film would be a more streamlined and breezier watch for it. It's mainly in the first half.
Overall though, the film is a tremendous achievement. It's not going to be for everyone but if you can meet the film on its own terms as the fruits of limitless ambition and overlook the seamlines that logically come with that, this is a terrific film.

Well done to Joe Lever and his team. I'm a big spider-man fan and thought this was well put together. Terrific work. Hope there's another one!
I just watched this last night and wow... this film just by the posters and trailers shows how much time and effort went into this project. The entire cast did an amazing job and the effects are incredible!! Great work to everyone!!
A masterpiece on several proportions. As an independent filmmaker and extreme Spider-Man fan, this film does something with Peter Parker that we has never seen from Marvel or Sony. While the budget was tame, it was the blood, sweat, and tears that made this film as amazing as it is. The introduction of a live-action Multiverse is one of the many, MANY things that sets this film apart from other fan films. Joey Lever and his team have managed to create a dramatic and powerful character study of Peter Parker and Spider-Man, while remaining faithful to what fans want. A more comic book accurate version of Venom, an engaging storyline, incredible graphics, this is passion at its highest. Marvel should take notes. This is the Spider-Man we want. This is the Spider-Man we need. And as far as I'm considered, this is the only official Spider-Man in my mind. 100000/10. Cheers mate!
This movie is amazing. Better than the first movie for it has its own unique storyline. I really enjoyed the relationship between Eddie and Peter in this movie. Some acting was off but apart from that it's perfect if you wanna gain some inspiration for making your own take on the web head himself.
