If you're looking for deep forensic info and insider crime info, this isn't the show for you. If you are interested in true stories with a dark edge related in an informal, conversational setting this show should fit the bill. The subjects are unusual and, even when they relate a story that is well-known, they often provide a fresh perspective. An entertaining diversion for lovers of the macabre. The closest I have found since this show ended is the Bent and Twisted podcast, but that's a podcast, not video.

Who are Hess people, why are they experts on these killers, and where do they get their information. In regards to the hi Holmes episode and his ( holmes') insurance fraud using cadavers it was said " there were cadavers everywhere ", which I believe is incorrect. During this time there weren't enough cadavers for medical schools so people resorted to grave robbing. Just seems like subjective material. Interesting subject matter but doesn't seem to be well sourced information.
