Aw! Steven Yeun and Joana Pak Celebrate Their Wedding Anniversary With a Baby Announcement
Steven Yeun
Steven Yeun and Joana Pak are expanding their family! On Monday, the professional photographer announced that she's expecting her second child by posting an Instagram photo of her growing belly. Along with the snap, Joana included emojis of their family tree. Coincidentally, Dec. 3 also marked the couple's second wedding anniversary.

The former Walking Dead actor tied the knot with Joana in a romantic ceremony at the historic Paramour Estate in La back in December 2016. In March 2017, the pair welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Jude Malcolm Yeun. Congrats to Steven and Joana on their growing family!

Tekken 7: Season 2 Roster Fully Revealed
Gavin Jasper Dec 4, 2018

Not only do we get to see the full list of Dlc characters for Tekken 7's second season pass, but we also have footage of Negan in action!

Back in August, Bandai-Namco announced the second season of Dlc for Tekken 7. Not only did it show off series mainstays Anna Williams and Lei Wulong, but it made it known that the final spot would go to Negan from The Walking Dead. In this game alone, he would join Street Fighter’s Akuma, Fatal Fury’s Geese Howard, and Final Fantasy Xv’s Noctis Lucis Caelum as guest characters.

We still didn’t know about the other three names in the second season of Dlc. There was also question about what Negan would even look like in the Tekken engine. Now we have our answers.

The next two names have been released and are now available to download. First up is Craig Marduk.

New Details On Andrew Lincoln’s Walking Dead Movies Revealed
It seems the saga of Rick Grimes must go on.

Late last month, AMC announced plans to spin out a series of TV movies featuring Andrew Lincoln’s grizzled survivor, whose dramatic exit from the core Walking Dead series was enough to leave viewers rooted to the edge of their seats. The ratings haven’t been too kind, either, but that’s a different story entirely.

Looking further afield, and it seems the wheels are in motion when it comes to the planned Rick Grimes spinoff movies – or so says Pollyanna McIntosh. Speaking at Fan Fest San Jose this past weekend (h/t ComicBook.com), the Jadis-slash-Anne actress hinted at the ways in which The Walking Dead movies will continue Rick’s story, all the while incorporating her own survivor into the equation.

We’re going to see where Rick is, so she would be there. Things are in process right now,...

For the occasion, the Welcome to Marwen actress, 42, wore a brightly colored, mixed-pattern mini dress and matching jacket by the brand. She accessorized with an oversized belt, black stiletto boots and a boxy clutch, a look styled by Micaela Erlanger.

Meanwhile, the Walking Dead star, 49, wore a black turtleneck, and a gray and red plaid suit with combat boots. The new parents didn’t veer away from Pda on the red carpet,...

Andrew Lincoln at an event for The Walking Dead (2010)
As Alexandria and the Whisperers prepare for war, a whole new set of brain-eating drama is about to unfold far away overseas.

Weeks after Andrew Lincoln departed the flagship Walking Dead TV series to headline a trilogy of AMC films, comic publishers Skybound announced a new expansion of the franchise that is bringing the zombie universe to China. The story will be told in the form of The Walking Dead: Typhoon, a Skybound Books novel written by Wesley Chu (author of The Lives of Tao and Time Salvager), centering on a group of survivors banding together against a wave of walkers in the ...

Following the shocking season nine midseason finale, The Walking Dead stands at the edge of one of its deadliest stories yet: the Whisperer War. Nightflyers Review (Spoiler Free)
Nightflyers is an imperfect but worthy George R.R. Martin adaptation and another win for Syfy.

Books

This is a spoiler-free review.

Let me begin by confessing that I am a huge fan of The Expanse, both the book and the TV series. With that one show, the Syfy Channel raised their profile dramatically among hard science fiction geeks and elevated their programming back to Battlestar Galactica levels. With their newest offering in the genre, Nightflyers, they are poised to do it again. If, that is, the show can achieve enough momentum to break orbit instead of backsliding into the gravity well of schlock.

Before we go any further, we need to be very clear: potential viewers surfing the internet for reviews will hear the inevitable comparison to the 1997 film Event Horizon. It is an easy leap to make, lest we forget that Nightflyers was originally a Locus Award winning novella published in 1980 by George R.

Everything You Need to Know About That Wild ‘Walking Dead’ Mid-Season Cliffhanger, Explained
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
(Spoilers ahead for the season 9 mid-season finale of “The Walking Dead” on AMC)

The excellent first half of season 9 of “The Walking Dead” has come to a close, and it did so with one hell of a bang. We got a climactic showdown in a foggy graveyard in the middle of the night, a major character death and a new foe finally revealing itself.

Those of us who have kept up with the major storylines in the “Walking Dead” comics know exactly what just happened, but those who have not might be a little bit confused as we head into the show’s hiatus. So for the sake of those folks, let’s break down that ending real quick.

To recap the situation: the entire episode sees Daryl (Norman Reedus), Jesus (Tom Payne) and Aaron (Ross Marquand) trying to rescue Eugene (Josh McDermitt) while dodging a herd of zombies that...

Property will comprise local-language stories about how world deals with approaching meteor disaster.

eOne and Robert Kirkman’s Skybound Entertainment are joining forces to produce and distribute 5 Year, a pre-apocalypse drama TV franchise to encompass local-language series made in different territories around the world.

Based on an original idea by Kirkman, creator of the Walking Dead comic book series, 5 Year will focus on how people across the globe cope with news that the world will end in five years due to a meteor rushing towards earth. Each season of the show will cover one year, with local versions following the...

‘Walking Dead’ Creator Robert Kirkman Next Apocalyptic Series in the Works at eOne
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
“The Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman’s next apocalyptic tale is taking shape: Kirkman’s Skybound Entertainment and Entertainment One (eOne) have signed an agreement to produce “5 Year,” an international series chronicling the final five years before a fatal meteor ends the Earth.

Per the project’s official description: From an original idea from Robert Kirkman, “5 Year”s different series will focus on how people across the globe choose to live after learning the world will end in the next five years, as a meteor rushes towards Earth. Each year will play out as a season, and while each version will have its own unique characters and stories, they will all follow the same timeline. Each version of “5 Year” will be a localized story set in the markets’ actual location and produced in local languages.

‘Walking Dead’ Creator Robert Kirkman’s Skybound & eOne Team For ‘5 Year’ Series
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
Exclusive: The Walking Dead wrapped up the first half of its ninth season just a couple of days ago, but the man behind the comic that the AMC series is based on has a brand new 5 Year plan.

Robert Kirkman’s Skybound Entertainment has inked an agreement with Entertainment One for the series based on an idea by the Twd Ep of the final five years before a fatal meteor hits the Earth, I’ve learned. The two companies will co-produce and eOne will handle the financing and distribution for 5 Year.

If you think that pre-apocalyptic notion sounds a bit like the David Bowie tune from 1972’s Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars album or even Arthur C. Clarke’s The Hammer of God novel, you’d be right. But unlike those works, Kirkman’s idea has a much more global and simultaneously localized approach within its premise.

Ratings: ABC’s ‘The Great Christmas Light Fight’ Premieres Brighter Than Last Year
ABC’s “Great Christmas Light Fight” perhaps didn’t do “great” in Monday’s season premiere, but it definitely did good. As a matter of fact, the annual series started higher in both ratings (+10 percent) and total viewers (+4 percent) than it did last year, which is a rarity for TV shows these days.

Paired with “The Good Doctor,” ABC finished primetime third among adults 18-49 and second in total viewers. With “The Voice” and its “Manifest” fall finale, NBC topped the evening.

NBC was first in ratings with a 1.4 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 8.2 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Voice” at 8 p.m. earned a 1.6/6 and 9.3 million viewers. At 10, “Manifest” received a 1.1/5 and 6 million viewers.

‘Walking Dead’ Ratings Fall To All-Time Midseason Finale Low; Up From Last Week
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
Spoiler Alert: This post contains details of the Season 9 midseason finale episode of The Walking Dead.

Jesus is dead, Daryl is back, the Whisperers are here (and in killing mode), Alexandra is isolated from all the other communities and The Walking Dead has hit another ratings low with its midseason finale in a Season 9 that has already seen several lows.

While up 8% among adults 18-49 and 6% in overall viewers from last week’s series low “Stradivarius “episode, Sunday’s “Evolution” show was the lowest rated and least watched midseason finale for the AMC zombie apocalypse series ever.

Snagging a 2.0 rating and an audience of 5.1 million, the airing that saw the fatal stabbing of Tom Payne’s character was down a very hard 43% in the demo from the previous midseason finale rock bottom of Season 2. That November 27, 2011 “Pretty Much Dead Already” episode pulled in 6.62 million sets of eyeballs and was the...

‘Walking Dead’ Hits New Midseason Finale Ratings Low in Season 9
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
“The Walking Dead” has hit a new midseason finale ratings low for the second year in a row.

The episode that aired this Sunday, the midseason finale for the show’s ninth season, averaged a 2.0 rating in adults 18-49 and 5.1 million viewers, according to Nielsen Live+Same Day data. The Season 8 midseason finale was previously the lowest-rated, with that episode having drawn a 3.4 rating and 7.9 million viewers last year. That means this year’s midway point for the show was down a steep 41% in the key demo and 35% in total viewers compared to the same episode last year. This season’s episode is also now not only the lowest-rated midseason finale for the show to date, but also it’s least-watched.

The midseason finale ratings for the show now rank as follows, organized from highest-rated to lowest.

Season 5: 7.6 rating, 14.8 million viewers

Season 6: 7.0 rating, 14 million viewers

Season 4: 6.1 rating,...

‘Walking Dead’ Midseason Finale Loses 35 Percent of Last Year’s Viewers
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
“Walking Dead” is walking away from TV for a little while — and perhaps that’s a good thing.

The AMC zombie drama’s Season 9 midseason finale drew 5.1 million total viewers, according to Nielsen. That’s down 35 percent from Season 8’s comparable episode and a new all-time low for a midseason finale.

The overall audience for Sunday’s “Walking Dead” rose 6 percent from the previous episode. It was up 8 percent among adults 18-49, the demographic most coveted by those companies that advertise their products and services on entertainment programming.

TV Ratings: 'Walking Dead' Midseason Finale Rebounds
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
Ratings for The Walking Dead bounced back some for the show's fall finale after hitting a series low the previous week.

The AMC series ended the first half of season nine with 5.1 million viewers, a 6 percent improvement on the series-low 4.79 million for the Nov. 18 episode. Sunday's eventful episode, which featured a character death (to the relief of the actor playing the part), was slightly below the season average of 5.25 million viewers.

‘Walking Dead': So What’s Gonna Happen With Negan After His Big Mid-Season Finale Moment?
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
(Spoilers ahead for the season 9 mid-season finale of “The Walking Dead” on AMC)

For the entirety of season 9 of “The Walking Dead” so far, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) has been stuck in one spot: his jail cell in Alexandria. We’ve spent some time with him occasionally, as he taunts those who visit him. This week, it’s Gabriel (Seth Gilliam) who bears the brunt of Negan’s heckling.

And it’s Gabriel who seemingly made a big mistake that will change the course of Negan’s future. Late in the episode, after flustering Gabriel with his usual smack talk — Gabriel was not in the mood to deal with him because he was worried about Rosita but couldn’t see her because he was on Negan duty — Gabriel closes the cell and storms off. That night Negan discovers that the cell door is not actually locked.

Here’s When the Season 9 Mid-Season Premiere of ‘The Walking Dead’ Will Air
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
The Season 9 mid-season finale for “The Walking Dead” left our heroes — specifically Daryl (Norman Reedus), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Aaron (Ross Marquand), Magna (Nadia Hilker) and Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura) — in a pretty precarious position, as they face off for the very first time against a new threat. The Whisperers are coming, and the good guys have no idea what kind of fight they’re in for.

On the “Talking Dead” aftershow Sunday night, host Chris Hardwick revealed exactly how long you’re gonna have to wait for the second half of Season 9 to kick off. The mid-season premiere for the ninth season of “The Walking Dead” will go down on Feb. 10, 2019. That is, of course, a Sunday night.

The mid-season premiere will air at the same time as usual, at 10 p.m. Et.

‘Sunday Night Football’ Ratings Rise From Last Week & Last Year For NFL & NBC
In the food hangover of Thanksgiving, the Minnesota Vikings’ 24-14 victory over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football looks to have put the beloved Wisconsin team’s playoff dreams to rest. While Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins and crew find themselves elevated in the overall Nfc standings, the injury-plagued Packers and Aaron Rodgers need a very big Hail Mary pass to have any hope for the postseason at this point.

Now 12 weeks into the season, the contrast between the teams is in many ways a good Pov on where the NFL finds itself, as year-to-year ratings continue to rise on the NBC’s flagship pro-football show and elsewhere on broadcast and cable. Better matchups and fewer political protests that had put the intrinsically conservative league and its often heavy-handed owners under the spotlight have served everyone well, keeping ad rates in the healthy column for the nets — meaning touchdown happy dances all around.

Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
Spoiler Alert: This post contains details of tonight’s midseason finale episode of The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead killed off Jesus this Sunday but, like that carpenter’s son in the Good Book, the Tom Payne-portrayed character and others could be resurrected when the AMC series returns on February 10, 2019, showrunner Angela Kang says.

“Because of the expansion of the universe, and because of time jumps we passed seven and a half years off-screen on the show,” the executive producer says of potentially seeing more of Payne’s Jesus, Lauren Cohan’s Maggie and maybe even Andrew Lincoln’s Rick Grimes on Twd, though the latter is unlikely on-screen. “That allows for stories to go back in time, so there’s an opportunity for seeing characters come back because of these things that are built into the story.”

‘Walking Dead’ Recap: Whispers in the Dark (Spoilers)
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
Spoiler Alert: Do not keep reading if you have not seen the midseason finale of “The Walking Dead” Season 9, titled “Evolution”

But first…

The rescue team consisting of Daryl (Norman Reedus), Jesus (Tom Payne), Aaron (Ross Marquand), and Dog comes across a walker herd that is not moving like a normal walker herd. But the group has no time to worry about the herd’s behavior, as they must find Eugene (Josh McDermitt) before it’s too late.

What You Need to Know About That Talking Zombie on ‘The Walking Dead’
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
(Spoilers ahead for the season 9 mid-season finale of “The Walking Dead” on AMC)

The first two episodes of “The Walking Dead” after the big multi-year time skip have been relatively low-key — to be expected given Andrew Lincoln’s exit and the need to set up the new status quo in Alexandria and the Hilltop — but they’ve also been setting up the next big storyline on the show via the talking zombies that were/are chasing Eugene (Josh McDermitt) and Rosita (Christian Serratos).

And that plot finally came to a head in Sunday’s mid-season finale, when a whole bunch of our heroes came face to face with these things and discovered that, actually, the talking zombies were not zombies at all, but just people posing as zombies among a real walker herd.

So while “The Walking Dead” had spent significant time letting us get to know Magna’s new...

'The Walking Dead' Just Took Another Major Detour From the Comics
[This story contains spoilers for season nine, episode eight of AMC's The Walking Dead, "Evolution," and the Walking Dead comic books on which the series is based]

How does the death of Jesus (Tom Payne) in the Walking Dead midseason nine finale differ from his death in the Walking Dead comic books from Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard? In a word: majorly. 'Walking Dead' Star Gets Candid About His Exit: "It Was Constant Frustration"
[This story contains spoilers for season nine, episode eight of AMC's The Walking Dead, "Evolution."]

For Walking Dead comic book readers and show-only viewers alike, Sunday's midseason finale ended with a massive shock: the death of Jesus (Tom Payne), a fan-favorite figure who remains alive and well in the comics from Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard.

Jesus' season nine death comes at the hands of the Whisperers, the newest enemies in the AMC zombie universe, who wear refurbished skin suits in order to blend in with the dead. In the comics on which the TV series is ...

'Walking Dead' Boss Defends Controversial Character Death, Previews Lgbtq Representation Ahead
[This story contains spoilers for season nine, episode eight of AMC's The Walking Dead, "Evolution."]

Wilco's Jeff Tweedy once sang: "Jesus, don't cry." The dry eyes are few and far between for The Walking Dead viewers, however, given the death of a fan-favorite character in Sunday's midseason finale: Paul "Jesus" Monroe, played by Tom Payne since season six.

Season nine's eighth episode, called "Evolution," centered on Jesus, Aaron (Ross Marquand) and Daryl (Norman Reedus) searching for Eugene (Josh McDermitt), all while dealing with a herd of walkers. It quickly ...

‘Walking Dead': Here’s What We Know About Georgie So Far
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
(Spoilers ahead for the Nov. 18 episode of “The Walking Dead” on AMC)

Ever since she first popped up out of nowhere in Season 8, “The Walking Dead” fans have been speculating non-stop about what Georgie’s (Jayne Atkinson) role will be in the future. Even though she has not appeared again since, Georgie’s impact has been felt — especially when we discovered that Maggie (Lauren Cohan) has made her exit from the show by joining up with Georgie’s quest to bring civilization back to the world.

We still don’t actually know that much about Georgie. She first appeared, as you recall, shortly before the Saviors attacked the Hilltop last season, offering food and knowledge — a book detailing primitive technology like aqueducts and so forth — in exchange for music. Georgie claimed to be roaming around, sort of trying to rekindle civilization wherever she encountered a community worth fostering.

Ask Ausiello: Spoilers on Veronica Mars, B99, The Resident, Twd, Homecoming, Supernatural, Schitt's Creek and More
Got a scoop request? An anonymous tip you’re dying to share? Send any/all of the above to askausiello@tvline.com

Question: I loved Amazon’s Homecoming. Do you know who is — and isn’t — returning for Season 2? —Kim

Ausiello: Given the prominence of Hong Chau’s Audrey Temple in the Season 1 finale’s post-credits sequence, I think it’s safe to assume the Geist Group’s stealth exec will be returning in a big way for the already-ordered second season. Even the series’ notoriously tight-lipped Ep Sam Esmail conceded to my colleague Dave Nemetz that the bonus scene...

Critic's Notebook: 'Walking Dead' Season 9 Improvement Is Too Little, Too Late
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
[To some degree this article contains spoilers through the Sunday, Nov. 18, episode of The Walking Dead. But seriously, there's basically nothing that can be spoiled about this show anymore.]

Watching The Walking Dead on Sunday, something I've been doing on pure autopilot for four or five seasons now, an odd thought struck me: Dating back probably to the very end of last season, but certainly through this new fall arc, this is the least bad The Walking Dead has been in a long, long time.

Phrased a more complimentary way, the version of The Walking Dead that will cap off ...

Here's How 'The Walking Dead' (Finally) Addressed Lauren Cohan's Departure
[This story contains spoilers for season nine, episode seven of AMC's The Walking Dead, "Stradivarius."]

Throughout the first half of season nine, Walking Dead viewers were able to prepare not only for Andrew Lincoln's exit, but for when to expect the departure as well. The same luxury was not afforded to fans of Maggie Rhee, the Hilltop commander played since season two by Lauren Cohan.

While it was known season nine would mark Cohan's final arc with the series (if only for now) due to her commitments to ABC's Whiskey Cavalier, nobody knew in advance that ...

‘Walking Dead’ Recap: Michonne Tries to Trust Again (Spoilers)
Andrew Lincoln in The Walking Dead (2010)
Spoiler Alert: Do not keep reading if you have not seen Episode 7 of Season 9 of “The Walking Dead,” titled “Stradivarius”

This week’s episode of “The Walking Dead” picks up near the end of last week’s episode, with Rosita (Christian Serratos) wandering alone and wounded through the woods after she and Eugene (Josh McDermitt) narrowly escaped the group’s first encounter with the Whisperers. She struggles to find her way before eventually passing out.

Elsewhere, Carol (Melissa McBride) and Henry (Matt Lintz) have made their way to Daryl’s (Norman Reedus). Daryl lives a solitary existence out in the wilderness, with his only company being a dog that he affectionately refers to as…Dog. Carol asks Daryl to come with them to Hilltop in order to look out for her son, but Daryl is content to let the boy figure things out on his own.

'Walking Dead': How Andrew Lincoln's Exit Fuels Norman Reedus' Future
[This story contains spoilers for season nine, episode seven of AMC's The Walking Dead, "Stradivarius."]

The Walking Dead and Rick Grimes are walking two different roads these days — at least, they will be, once Rick is back in walking condition.

Even with Andrew Lincoln away from the flagship series, the once and future Walking Dead franchise figurehead remains a critical part of the narrative, as was made clear in Sunday's installment, "Stradivarius." Look no further than the story of the new No. 1 on the call sheet, Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon, for proof....

'The Walking Dead' Just Teased Its Next Major Death
[This story contains spoilers for season nine, episode seven of AMC's The Walking Dead, "Stradivarius," as well as the comic books on which the show is based.]

Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) narrowly avoided death, but some of the men and women he left behind won't be so lucky as The Walking Dead continues marching forward through its ninth season.

Indeed, one of the bloodiest events from the Walking Dead comic book series was teased during "Stradivarius," the most recent episode of the AMC adaptation, directed by former star Michael Cudlitz (who played the late and great ...

The Walking Dead Confirms Michonne’s Son Is Rick’s And 5 Years Old
The Walking Dead fans were left picking their jaws up from the floor last Sunday when episode 6, “Who Are You Now?” dropped the bombshell that Michonne gave birth to another child following Rick Grimes’ disappearance six years prior. We didn’t get to learn much about the kid though and it was left to us to decide that he must be the son of Rick.

Showrunner Angela Kang soon confirmed that this was correct in a subsequent interview, revealing that the child’s name was R.J. – Rick Junior. Despite the writer’s words, some fans still doubted his identity and believe there might be some twist in his parentage, partly because he seemed to be too young to have been Rick’s.

However, it looks like we can put any lingering doubts properly to bed now as the official Walking Dead Twitter account – the one that represents the brand...

Armie Hammer Apologizes For Stan Lee Tweet After Being Called An “Asshat” By ‘Walking Dead’ Actor
Unless you somehow avoid social media (I envy you!), you probably noticed that upon news of Stan Lee’s passing earlier this week, people from all walks of life posted pictures they took with the Marvel Comics legend. While a great deal of those people posting pictures are outside of the entertainment industry, there were quite a few celebrities that also shared pictures with Lee. And that really perturbed actor Armie Hammer.

Does Walking Dead Math Not Add Up? Did Last Ship Make Hearts Sink? Was Arrow Bombing a Dud? And More Qs!
Eric Dane in The Last Ship (2014)
We’ve got questions, and you’ve (maybe) got answers! With another week of TV gone by, we’re lobbing queries left and right about shows including The Last Ship, This Is Us, The Flash and S.W.A.T.!

1 | The CW is totally readying a Superman/Lois Lane series, isn’t it? (Or would that be awfully hard to do without treading much of the same ground Supergirl already has?)

2 | How has no one done a The Haunting of Full House spoof yet? They’re both Netflix shows, even! (Funny or Die, we’re looking at you.)

3 | Did the first few moments of last week’s Midnight,...

The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus Teases Big Things To Come In Season 9B
The Walking Dead may have lost one of its own in Rick Grimes, but the show must go on, as the old saying goes.

AMC’s undead flagship returns this Sunday with the premiere of “Stradivarius,” the penultimate installment before next week’s midseason finale. It’s a pivotal moment for season 9, then, though Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) is already beginning to tease what’s in store for season 9B.

Over on Instagram, the Walking Dead mainstay posted a very brief video of him goofing around with a bunch of impassioned fans, though it was really the caption that triggered a big reaction on social media. Reedus has never been one to mince his words, and sure enough, The Walking Dead stalwart informed his followers that the second half of season 9 is, and we quote, “fucking great.”

But don’t just take our word for it…

Last day of filming.

Andrew Lincoln Not Opposed To Recasting Rick For A Walking Dead Prequel Series
Of all the many possible narrative permutations that could be spun out from Rick Grimes’ last hurrah on The Walking Dead, few have stopped to consider the idea of a full-blown prequel series.

From what we understand, AMC has drawn up plans for a trilogy of movies featuring Andrew Lincoln’s fan-favorite, the first of which will likely be with us at some point next year. But while chatting to The Hollywood Reporter (h/t ComicBook.com) immediately after his big send-off, Lincoln addressed the possibility of recasting his on-screen character and allowing a young actor to explore what it was like for Rick Grimes before the world went to hell in a handcart.

Via THR:

Why not? I think the possibilities are endless. It’s an extraordinary environment and landscape, the mythology that Robert Kirkman has created, and I love that. I want to see that with Negan. That...

Armie Hammer Apologizes for Bashing Stan Lee Tributes, Accepts Asshat Crown
Armie Hammer
Armie Hammer has apologized for bashing celebrities who posted selfies with Stan Lee after his death earlier this week. The Call Me by Your Name star was trying to point out that posting a selfie with the comic book icon was taking his death and making it about themselves. His sarcastic, and now-deleted tweet was taking aim at selfie culture, but it ended up making a lot of people pretty angry, including Walking Dead star Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who accused Hammer of making the whole ordeal about himself.

After Jeffrey Dean Morgan called Armie Hammer an "asshat" for bashing Marvel fans and celebrities for paying tribute to Stan Lee, he deleted the tweet. While he deleted the message, it had already been shared too many times for it to go away, leaving an army of angry Marvel fans pointing negativity towards Hammer, even going as far as to ask who he is.

Telltale Games Officially Closing and Removing Games From Steam
Matthew Byrd Nov 15, 2018

Telltales games begins liquidating their assets as part of the formal closing process.

Telltale Games is officially closing following a series of layoffs and other closure-related controversies.

GameDaily has spoken to Sherwood Partners, the company handling the liquidation of Telltale's assets, and company co-founder Martin Pichinson confirmed that Telltale is currently in a process known as assignment proceedings. This process is described as being similar to bankruptcy but is intended to be much more expedient. The fact that Telltale is going through this process may also indicate that they are able to settle their debts outside of the bankruptcy process.

"A company can go out of business without going bankrupt," says attorney and Odin Law & Media founder Brandon Huffman in an interview with GameDaily. "All that means is that they were able to find someone to give them enough money for assets to pay any creditors...

Jeffrey Dean Morgan Nails Armie Hammer for Bashing Stan Lee Celebrity Tributes
Jeffrey Dean Morgan: April 22
Jeffrey Dean Morgan slammed Armie Hammer's comments on celebrity tributes to Stan Lee. Sadly, Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee passed away earlier this week. The news sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry, and tributes to Lee began to spread like wildfire, and they're still happening, two days later. However, Hammer was not impressed with what he saw, calling out celebrities for posting selfies with Lee. He explains.

"So touched by all of the celebrities posting pictures of themselves with Stan Lee... no better way to commemorate an absolute legend than putting up a picture of yourself."

Obviously, Armie Hammer is free to have his opinion on the celebrity Stan Lee tributes. Some Marvel fans agreed with him, while others saw it a different way. Walking Dead star Jeffrey Dean Morgan definitely saw it another way, and shared his thoughts on social media as well. Morgan did not mince his...
