If you've been through retail, are in retail or understand what retail staff go through on a daily basis you will love this. Everything I saw on the show I related to as most things shown do happen in retail!
Hilarious and can't wait for season 2.
N.B don't mind the rating above, a bot / hacker caused the rating to go really low, IMDB wont do anything either. Watch it, enjoy it and if you love it rate and review it to help these guys out.

The Australian humor may be lost on some, but it is depressingly surprising how close this show comes to true in it's over-exaggerated format. Overall, I enjoyed each episode to it's fullest and have actually come back to re-watch it on multiple occasions. Honestly, it is not for everyone (especially if you are easily 'triggered'), but it's a hidden gem for many who will enjoy the humor of retail.
As painful as it was to let my 14 year old daughter tell me to watch it. I was entertained and lol'd a lot. Everyone I've told to watch has commented how good it is.
As a retail veteran, this show is at times painful, at times evocative, but always never less than funny and yet the best thing about it is it also acts as a morality lesson for anyone who's not worked in a service industry. As with Sky's Trollied (set in a supermarket) the idiots are both sides of the counter while the good guys quietly simmer .. well, most of the time they do. There's actually a lot of outbursts in Rostered On, which definitely places it firmly down under. I doubt anyone in the UK would act the way most of the staff do in fronting up to the customers - not if they wanted to keep their jobs, anyway. So many of the characters are instantly recognisable along with most of the situations they find themselves in, but the customers really are the stars of the show. The main cast are all well-drawn, but the men and women visiting their store .. wow .. they're absolutely bang on the money for me.
Great show. Great dialogue. Lots of mileage too, so I hope it continues !

Very funny and well written Australian show. Think Office Space meets Clerks. Highly recommend.
