    BETTER THAN EXPECTED

I'm a huge football fan so seeing how a prospect went from star to outcast would be interesting. You really felt for the kid. And loved the sports agent. Just as seedy as I'd think they would be in real life. This is a good watch. I recommend it.

    More like No round pick.

If you know anything about pro football there is no such thing as an 8th round pick. It only goes to 7. Now that I got that out of the way I honestly don't know where to start here. I know this film was done on a shoestring budget but ... The biggest problem here is the technical disabilities. Why can't we here the girlfriend. Why is the sound a problem throughout the entire film? The intentions are good but the casting is so off-kilter here. Nobody in the entire film fits their part except for our leading man. How did this film get released and actually get on a subsidiary of Amazon? The irony of it all is that if this is based on a true story I turely feel sorry for whomever this film tries to depict. I also feel badly for the people who made this film. They tried to make a compassionate film but didnt have the budget to pull it off. If you have over 90 minutes to burn then watch it. However if you're like me hit fast forward and save yourselves some agony and get to the good parts.

    Terrible

This was quite possibly one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Plot was stupid, acting was horrible, sound quality, music.. This could have been better with high school kids acting. The movie was all over the place, no direction. I really can't describe how bad this was except an hour and a half that I can never get back.

That's my review but unfortunately it wasn't long enough so now I'm forced to keep on typing. Do not waste your time watching this garbage. Do not waste your time watching because you're going to feel dumber if you do. I can't emphasize enough to move on and watch Rudy or something else that really is a sports movie. Think I might have lost a few brain cells.

    All promise, little pay off

I was really hoping here, but this one really feels derivative. Every character is a copy of other sports movie townies and relatives surrounding the main character, in this case a promising football player wrecked by injury. It seems like the whole point of the movie is how depressing it is to be poor, especially in a small town. It's not poorly made, but you've seen it before.
