Sad, Messed Up People

Felix is a guy who had a relationship with a girl in his building. It didn't work out, but he made a video for a virtual reality device which he watches over and over. The Woo is short for the name of the apartment building where he lives. There are some colorful characters in the building. His life is a dead end. He is a small time drug dealer and sustains himself. Just a really unpleasant little video.
