Everyone knows that pretty much every movie Steven Seagal has made in the last 15 years has been trash but i do enjoy his old movies like Marked for death and Above the law so i checked this out on a whim.
It's bad.
The story is Chinese propaganda and is very silly, everyone acts terribly especially Mike Tyson and the Chinese actors can barely speak English so why did they make them do it so often?
Mike Tyson and Seagal share one scene together in the whole movie which is a fight scene where you can clearly tell Seagal is using a body double who is much younger and in better shape than he is.
For the rest of the movie Seagal films his scenes sitting down. Sometimes he's green-screened in to a scene for what seems like no reason at all.
The man's name and face are on the movie poster and he can't even be bothered to stand up!
There are a few decent stunts but nothing which makes this worth watching. I give it a 2/10 because it was kind of unintentionally funny.

Please don't waste your time with this rubbish one of the worst films i've ever seen.
I've been to a few bad movies in my time, but never intentionally ... but I'm at a loss for words on this one ...
When you are advised up front that it has a washed out, has been actor and an ex-con in it, you really need a life if you choose to watch this.
It is bad. And if I could have awarded it less than 1 star, I would have.

A Chinese action film; A story about a Chinese IT engineer who goes to North Africa to help his company win a telecommunications contract. A French spy tries to thwart their bid and control the mineral resources of the country too. This actioner, highly tinged with Chinese propaganda, is about unfair bidding practices in global telecommunications contracts. It is ineptly directed stuffed full of plot. The acting is hammy and unconvincing and the dialogue is hard to follow. All in all, it falls short both in technical and narrative spheres.

- GoofsDuring the fight scene between Mike Tyson and Steven Seagal, in various shots Seagal is replaced by another man who is visibly younger and slimmer than Seagal.
- Crazy creditsIn the opening credits, Steven Seagal's name is misspelled as "Steve Segal".
