Patrick Graham is making his return to Hindi-language horror, signing on to write a new feature film inspired by an real-life Indian tragedy.

Graham, who created the Netflix horror series “Ghoul” and “Betaal,” will pen the script for the untitled film being backed by Khyati Madaan’s Not Out Entertainment alongside Prashant Gunjalkar.

Ahan Shetty has been tapped to star, marking a genre shift for the actor following his debut in 2021 romantic action thriller “Tadap” and ahead of his role in the ensemble war epic “Border 2,” which also features Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh and Varun Dhawan. The patriotic drama is scheduled for an Indian Republic Day 2026 release and is expected to be one of the year’s major theatrical events.

With Tougen Anki’s premiere, a stream of mixed reviews flooded in. The anime turned out to be too basic. It was full of shonen tropes, and the characters were personified archetypes. Netflix has a massive collection of films and series from every genre, and horror is no exception. Some of its original horror titles include Stranger Things, Bird Box, Cargo, Gerald’s Game, and Midnight Mass, among others. But one criminally underrated Indian miniseries might have escaped your attention. And it’s backed by two giants from Bollywood and Hollywood – Anurag Kashyap and Jason Blum. Can you guess which one? Ghoul – Plot & Cast

However, this isn’t the only classic Bethesda game that’s getting the remaster treatment. That’s right, brand-new reports suggest that Fallout 3 remaster is on the cards. Considering the popularity of this post-apocalyptic title, it’s not a surprise that Bethesda is planning a modern-day overhaul.

Unfortunately, if we’re to believe the rumors, it’s going to be a long while before gamers get their hands on the post-apocalyptic remaster.

Fallout 3 Unreal Engine 5 remaster is in the works

It’s fair to say that Fallout 3 holds a special place in every Bethesda fan’s heart.

Optimism, perseverance, and, power of friendship are no longer the sole pillars that support the shonen genre. Modern shonen series have introduced darker elements that are broadening the horizons of what ‘shonen’ entails. However, there’s a flip side to this discourse. Every time a creator does something unconventional, there’s always a risk of sparking backlash. Fujimoto is treading cautiously to ensure that he can convey his vision in Chainsaw Man without hurting the boundaries of the shonen category.

Purposely sloppy but brutally direct in his approach, Ken Carson pushes rage music to its most sonically extreme form. The 22 songs on the rapper’s fourth studio album, More Chaos, aren’t about anything in the traditional sense. They’re just hedonistic flexes of varying length, with Carson riding glitchy, glossy, and often poorly mixed beats packed with deafening, distorted bass. He mutters his signature snicker, delivers a half-slurred, half-mumbled flow, and stumbles across a few quotables along the way.

If this all sounds familiar, it’s because we’ve been here before, with 2023’s A Great Chaos, to be exact. As its title suggests, More Chaos is more of an extension of that project’s sound rather than a full-fledged sequel, setting itself up to be considered minor—and in many ways, it is.

If you were to quantify the growth between these two albums as a line, it would be nearly horizontal.

Tokyo Ghoul put Ishida Sui on the map as one of the best mangakas in the industry. Rightfully so, not only did the Seinen series break many stereotypical barriers but also erased the boundaries between good and evil.

The series follows Ken Kaneki, a human who gets turned into a half-ghoul after a date gone wrong. A deep dive into the human psyche, societal commentary, and a subtle political message, Ishida Sui’s story has it all.

For new anime fans, there are plenty of great titles to pick up and binge-watch. Titles like Madoka Magica, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Konosuba can give viewers hours of intense action, comedy, and drama. A lot of this goodwill is built up through the anime's first season, which can help build fanbases for franchises overnight if done well. However, if the sequel doesn't live up to expectations, an anime series can be doomed to obscurity prematurely.

Prime Video has yet to announce Fallout Season 2 release date, but there's good news ahead for fans of the series. Walton Goggins offered a glimpse of The Ghoul to confirm they've started filming.

Fallout fans are raving over Walton Goggin's Instagram post, which teased him getting comfortable under The Ghoul's skin. The photo also confirmed it won't be long before Season 2 premieres. "Back in the saddle… #Deux. Gatdamn it feels good to slip on this skin. I do this shit for the love of the Game," Goggins wrote. He previously lamented the hours he spent on the makeup chair for the transformation, which involved nine pieces of thin silicone layered on his face, followed by finishing touches that fleshed out The Ghoul's irradiated, subhuman skin. The makeup team spent nine months perfecting the process, which reduced Goggin's five-hour ordeal to one hour and 45 minutes.

In spite of not being much of a “gamer guy,” Walton Goggins sees the Ghoul as a pivotal role for his acting career and public image. Goggins recently sat down with Salon for a tell-all interview regarding his work on the Emmy-nominated Fallout TV show and what it means for the future.

Fallout, which you can watch on Amazon Prime Video, is based on the long-running series of post-apocalyptic video games from Bethesda. But Goggins accepted his role on the show without having any interest in its roots. “I don't know what Fallout is. I don't know the game," he said. "I don't care that it's based on a game. As previously reported, the Tokyo Ghoul TV anime is celebrating its 10th anniversary with an interactive exhibition entitled “Tokyo Ghoul Ex” that will be staged in Tokyo and Osaka this fall and winter season , and now the exhibition has published a concept teaser video (below) previewing what guests can expect. The exhibition runs from October 21 – December 1, 2024, at the Warehouse Terrada G1 venue in Tokyo and from December 14 – 29, 2024 at the Vs. space inside the Grand Green Osaka venue in Osaka. Additionally, “Tokyo Ghoul Ex” revealed that it will sell replicas of Ken Kaneki's ghoul mask as original merchandise for the exhibition.
