    HILARIOUS MOVIE

Recently I stumbled across this review. I was floored by all the negative reviews it received; that I felt compelled to weigh in on this movie.

Since when does a comedy have to be realistic? What planet were these critics from?

I thought this movie was not only hilarious but it had a believable storyline!

If Nine to Five was such a rave with a work related storyline, why wasn't Girls Night Out!

Hum? I'll let you fill in the gap for yourself!

Was it really that inconceivable that profesional women of color couldn't have found themselves in a comedic situation with some girlfriend drama which could make you 🤣!

I would watch it again just for laughs!

    Quite good

Just ignore the bad reviews! This was one of the rare good LMN movies. The story was very plausible and all the actors performed convincingly. I have to use hundred and fifty characters to be able to post. So here I am rambling on.

    Wow

This has to be the WORST movie I've ever seen. All the actors SUCKED. I would rather have a cheese greater on my nuts then watch this again

    New low reference movie

Wasted money on the 4k UHD version. I found the video and audio of good quality. It is probably the worst movie I own. Bad acting combined with empty plot and flat attempt for humor. Did not watch it trough the end and never will.

Diminished Somewhat by the Rather Poor Ending

This film essentially begins with an attractive young woman by the name of "McKenzie" (Mackenzie Mauzy) being given a surprise bachelorette party by three of her friends from her college days. While this is happening, her fiancé "Reese" (Cody Ray Thompson) supposedly receives a text message from McKenzie asking him to meet her at a nightclub not too far from where her party is taking place. Not seeing in any harm in this, he goes there--only to be kidnapped by McKenzie's old boyfriend "Brandon" (Jacob Blair) who she had accused of raping her a few years earlier. To that effect, McKenzie soon gets a phone call from Brandon who demands that she and her three friends conduct a scavenger hunt within certain time frames if she ever wants to see Reese again. Being quite loyal to their friend, all three young ladies agree. But what they don't realize is the extent to which Brandon is willing to put them in harm's way to satisfy an old grudge. Now, rather than reveal any more, I will just say that this would have been an okay film if it hadn't been diminished somewhat by the rather poor ending. Likewise, some of the scenarios were a bit too far-fetched as well. In any case, while I don't consider this to be a bad movie necessarily, it strained credibility a bit too much for me to rate it any higher than I have. Slightly below average.

Joelle: [after shooting Brandon to death, regretfully] I had no choice. He was never going to stop loving you. Back in college, I kept telling myself it was just a case of bad timing. Years later, I was at a conference in Florida. I knew it was wrong, but I looked him up. We hit it off instantly. It was just like college all over again, except this time, you weren't there. He always made me feel like I was the only thing that mattered. We had these wild weekends together, I'd fly back and forth. I really thought that we were in love. But then he found out that you were engaged, and that was it. He snapped. And I knew that if I didn't do something, I was going to lose him all over again.

McKenzie: [shocked] This whole night was your idea?

Joelle: Surprised? And it was just supposed to be a girls' night out gone a little too wild. Brandon would finally get his revenge and be able let go of you and move on. And he and I would be able to live happily ever after.

      [voice breaks in tears]

Joelle: Or so the story goes. I had no idea that he was going to go so far with those stupid tasks... and with Sadie...

McKenzie: Joelle, this isn't you. I know you. You're a good person.

Joelle: Sometimes good people are capable of doing... very bad things.

[Joelle puts the gun to her head]

      McKenzie: JOELLE, NO!

      [Joelle shoots herself to death]
