Hairy Bikers' Mississippi Adventure

I just saw this show changing the tv station one evening. Very disappointed. First off, you play Muddy Waters as part of your background music. Do you know anything about Muddy Waters? Probably not...Then, you make a comment about your dish that "African Americans take in all the juices"....maybe not that exact, but it was insulting. My husband grew up in. Clarksdale, MS where all of the blues artists came from, learn history! Speak of that rather than use it to you advantage! That would be much more appreciative! Talk about where your dishes derive from and its history, Exposing black culture does not make you an expert. Learn and use the information to give credit. I think most of us African American would appreciate that rather than you profiting from what you've learned! Thank you!
