The best medical kdrama I've ever watched. The story is very unpredictable and fascinating. The two main character did an amazing job with the acting. Really worth watching❤
One thing i hate about Kdramas (or many be it's Korean culture?) is when the male actor runs and grabs the arm of the female unnecessarily. It's ridiculous when the other person is 3 meters away and a couple of loud calls would suffice to draw her attention.
Another thing to hate- unrealistic show-off by the protagonist who is supposed to be a professional like a doctor. One would think such people would be mature-sober kind.
I found both these in the 1st episode itself. Add- cartoonish villain who tells his evil plan in open, a police officer who can't detect 'it's murder' even after seeing the car hit a person after changing into reverse gear. All these within 1st 20 minutes. For a show touted as realistic medical drama, it's big letdown.
The female lead is excellent and may as well salvage this.

I just finished the drama for the second time in a few years interval and I have to say I'm still in love. I'm older now and can understand more of the concepts that I ignored for handsome male leads and the love story when I was fifteen. This was an impactful drama which is what movies should be about, they should teach you and engage all your emotions be it joy, sorrow, mirth or incredulity and this did just that. I empathized with Lee Yeongo, cheered when he started learning to feel even if it was just a little, felt sad and understood Dr Hyeon moral delimma.
I'm sad it ended with fourteen episode but I will definitely watch it again and I hope someone else gives it a chance and falls in love like I did.

This is an amazing thing to watch. This series is definitely one of the best medical dramas out there. The main character Lee Yeong-oh is one of the most interesting, most wonderous things to see. Just watching him lights up the screen. You just keep wanting to see him more. He is also accompanied by an equally wonderous character, Gye Jin-seong. Her importance rises at the later episodes of this series. My one and only disappointment is that the series was only 14 episodes. 20 episodes would have definitely satisfied my hunger for more. Yup, the series is just that good. A must watch!!!
