It is obvious a clinical kdrama which some parts of police/mystery cases.
Mediocre for my taste as I didn't like the chemistry between the main leads actors. I think the main actress was too young and seemed like a child for the main man. I didn't also understand when she started have feelings for him.
Need to mention that even if she was a police officer , she didn't manage to play any significant role for the whole storyline.
Moreover I didn't like the plot twist with his father's past . I would prefer the main actor had medically, the lack of emotion's problem.
There were some good moments. To my mind the best scene is when he is under police interrogation.

It's a good role for award winning actor Jang Hyuk, who always excels at bringing an unusual character to life. The rest of the story could be backdrop for his scenes. That includes the medical stories. I only remember two of the patients' stories that had enough air time to be of any interest. All but a few characters seemed like props, not people. Some of them seemed bizarre because they acted so inconsistently. Incongruous events that came out of the blue and that should have made me cry made me laugh out loud instead. Then, the writer herself turned a dangerous surgery into a comedy! What a confused mess! I wondered whether the series was written for Jang Hyuk. He seems to have all the good lines to say. Or did he make gold out of dross? I kept watching for Jang Hyuk and for his character's story. As muddled as that story was, he made it work. 6 stars.

This is an amazing thing to watch. This series is definitely one of the best medical dramas out there. The main character Lee Yeong-oh is one of the most interesting, most wonderous things to see. Just watching him lights up the screen. You just keep wanting to see him more. He is also accompanied by an equally wonderous character, Gye Jin-seong. Her importance rises at the later episodes of this series. My one and only disappointment is that the series was only 14 episodes. 20 episodes would have definitely satisfied my hunger for more. Yup, the series is just that good. A must watch!!!
