Didn't like it much sometimes too boring too flat but the acting music is good. Humor sometimes is good back characters somehow fun even tho I didn't believe they are actual doctors. The first 4 episodes was hard to watch but from episode 5 things got pretty interesting. Didn't like the main plot when he got interested in her when she was minor and vulnerable. I liked her friend more personally he was interesting but fade really quick. I think this kdrama is pretty watchable and there's good medicines parts but sometimes too soapy not realistic. I didn't like male lead but everyone's acting in the kdrama the only thing that is flawless.
This isn't one of the best kdramas, but it has two likeable stars and they keep you watching.
The first half of the series focuses very much on the love affair between those two stars, with various obstacle needing to be overcome. If you like a good romance it is likely that this will offer sufficient traction to get you engaged.
As we enter the second half, the core relationship has reached a kind of equilibrium and thus offers less dramatic impetus. So the focus shifts away somewhat to other plot strands, most particularly some hospital management shenanigans. Unfortunately this transition is a little grudging, much time still being dedicated to the central couple, meaning that the drama from those other plot strands can be a little undercooked.
But still, if you like the central couple you will want to keep watching.

The series revolves around a hospital neurology department and involves the stories of the doctors and patients who attend. The two leads of the series are both doctors with an unresolved past and their tentative steps into a relationship are believable and engaging. The stories are often heartbreaking but also heart warming as death, despair and the jubilation of a successful surgery bring a warmth to viewing. A well written and well acted series which is well worth a viewing.
Ohh! Okay if I will be honest with you guys this TV Series gives me every emotion that human being could have; Love, Anger, Loneliness, Happiness and of course Sadness. I mean I don't think so every person could feel it that way because if you have to deeply feel this story maybe you just needs to be a experienced alone person. Storyline is short and sweet and of course it's just a One Season and I'm happy about that otherwise this drama will be boring because this is a story about someone's Life it's just like you're watching about a Documentary. I think director got that thing as thought before making this drama. Also I love Park Shin-hye's smile it's just like so natural and sweet. Just like most of K-Dramas "Doctos" too have a happy ending that shows Bad people realize about their past things and turn into Good People. Finally I think this one will be my favorite K-Drama and if I invite everyone to watch and have a fun.
Thanks,
Thanks,
An inspiring and moving series, and there are no boring scenes. It's amazing
