A very well written K-Drama, with some nice lil' life truths. Must try and find another series written by Myung Hee Ha. Seen Kim Rae-won in, "Black Knight", a very highly recommended K-Drama, also a number of other actors were familiar. Will try and find other K-Dramas with Park Sin-hye, who was very believable in her character. Nice to see surgery scenes uncensored, unlike, "Partners for Justice", where anything involving a knife was blurred out, but another highly recommended series. Even though this show came out in 2016, it hasn't really aged, it still seemed up to date where I just found the cars featured, were older models. But if you have aquired the taste for K-Dramas, this one has to be on your watch list.
The series revolves around a hospital neurology department and involves the stories of the doctors and patients who attend. The two leads of the series are both doctors with an unresolved past and their tentative steps into a relationship are believable and engaging. The stories are often heartbreaking but also heart warming as death, despair and the jubilation of a successful surgery bring a warmth to viewing. A well written and well acted series which is well worth a viewing.
This isn't one of the best kdramas, but it has two likeable stars and they keep you watching.
The first half of the series focuses very much on the love affair between those two stars, with various obstacle needing to be overcome. If you like a good romance it is likely that this will offer sufficient traction to get you engaged.
As we enter the second half, the core relationship has reached a kind of equilibrium and thus offers less dramatic impetus. So the focus shifts away somewhat to other plot strands, most particularly some hospital management shenanigans. Unfortunately this transition is a little grudging, much time still being dedicated to the central couple, meaning that the drama from those other plot strands can be a little undercooked.
But still, if you like the central couple you will want to keep watching.

OK. So this series has to be described in more than one way. As a medical drama it is so so. As a romantic drama it is better but not perfect. But when it Comes to the chemistry between the two main characters this drama has one of the most amazing one out of all K-dramas I watched. The chemistry is palpable and the attraction between the leads is constantly steaming. If you Ask me this makes watching this series worthwhile. Don't misunderstand, I liked this drama, I really did. It's just not the best drama I've ever watched. But the tension between the two main leads does the trick and takes this series to another level!
An inspiring and moving series, and there are no boring scenes. It's amazing
