This 13 episode series was a co-production by NBC and the Educational Television and Radio Center, later NET, and was offered to educational TV stations across the country. In some areas, where it wasn't picked up, it aired on a delayed basis on 8 NBC affiliates and 5 NBC owned & operated stations. 42 stations in all carried the show. It aired early Wednesday evening in most markets.
