The main character, Karly, collects cow print. This proved to be a challenge and a large number of the props had to be made by hand including her cow print hairband, a large piece of artwork in her apartment, and cow print panties.

Goofs
Karly is wearing a "Volunteer" lanyard when she pauses before walking into a hospital room. In the next scene, as she walks through the door, the lanyard is gone.
