First Oblivion Remastered Update Finally Fixes One Of The Game's Most Annoying Issues
Image
The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered has gotten its first major update since the game's shadow-drop last month, and it fixes one of the game's most irritating exploration issues. The original Oblivion always had a lot of bugs, system-wide issues, crashes, and more due to its sprawling world and layered system mechanics back in 2006. Most of the game's quirks have been preserved in the remaster, and the nostalgia has been enjoyable for fans, but one issue needed to be addressed.

According to the patch notes posted by Bethesda, there has been a fix for not automatically showing the local map when inside interior spaces. Previously, the game would often pull up the overworld map or the city map instead of pulling up the map for interior areas, like when exploring the inside of the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary or exploring caves or ruins, which made exploration harder than it needed to be.

The Rookie Season 7 Finale Cliffhangers Are a Frustrating Case of Déjà vu
Image
Well, we did have some good, bad, and Oscar during this aptly titled season finale!

Oscar reappeared during The Rookie Season 7 Episode 18, finally posing more than just an unforeseen threat when he nearly killed Nolan in the desert and escaped.

The rest of the hour saw some of our favorite characters wrapped up in fun action sequences while dangling that Chenford carrot for the thousandth time.

(Disney/Mike Taing) It’s Official: Miles Is a Delightful Addition

As we know, The Rookie Season 7 introduced two new rookies, and we should’ve known that the odds of keeping both of them were slim.

But after the bizarre story arc with Seth, which resulted in that tragic conclusion, and after spending so much time with Miles, it’s a relief that he’s the one we get to keep.

Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 21 Offers A Gut-Wrenching Lead-In To The Season Finale, But...

The Best Thing The Vampire Diaries Ever Did Was Give Us The Originals
Image
We might be on the cusp of another golden age of vampire lore.

Spring’s breakout box office phenomenon, Sinners — a visionary work from Ryan Coogler — uses vampirism not just as spectacle but as a tool to dissect social constructs. Whether you’ve seen it or not, chances are you’re privy to the discourse surrounding it.

But perhaps the most exciting ripple effect of Sinners’ success isn’t just its cultural relevance but its ability to reignite interest in the vampire genre (assuming you weren’t already there with the criminally underrated Interview with the Vampire).

(Skip Bolen/The CW) The Originals Remains a Culturally Relevant Piece in the Vampire Genre

Many are flocking to one of the best pop culture hits of the genre, and no, it’s not necessarily The Vampire Diaries but rather the far superior spinoff, The Originals.

Remmick’s character in Sinners has become a cultural flashpoint,...

With the T-1000 heading into the Mortal Kombat 1 arena next week, WB Games and NetherRealm have finally released the anticipated gameplay trailer for the liquid metal antagonist, featuring the likeness and voice talents of Robert Patrick.

Battling for the supremacy of machines, the T-1000 is a state-of-the-art infiltration unit designed by Skynet. Comprised of a mimetic polyalloy, the virtually indestructible advanced prototype can shapeshift into objects or people it comes in contact with, mimicking their appearance, behavior, and voice, making it an extremely difficult opponent to detect and defeat. With its superior intelligence and metamorphic capabilities, the T-1000is an efficient fighter that embodies the ultimate evolution of assassination technology.

As for the T-1000’s moveset, he does indeed have the ability to organically form stabbing weapons, such as spears and hooks, as well as the ability to liquify for high-tech maneuvering and concealment. We already saw the T-1000’s first Fatality last month,...

‘Stranger Things’ Jamie Campbell Bower Talked To Therapist About Not Wanting To Play Villains For A While: ‘F—s Me Up’

Jamie Campbell Bower is looking forward to doing away with eight-hour special effects makeup applications for Vecna — and some of the other weight that comes with playing the arch-villain on Netflix’s Stranger Things that aren’t so easy to wash off at the end of the day.

During a fan event for MegaCon Orlando, The Mortal Instruments actor admitted that he had discussions with his therapist about the mental toll of playing the hair-raising character, introduced in last season’s decidedly more PG-13 plotline.

“We were going through some stuff, and he was like, ‘We really need to make sure that you carve out time for you whenever you’re working next.’ I turned around to him, and I was like, ‘Yeah, to be honest with you, man, I just don’t think I’ll be doing another bad guy for a minute,'” he said, per People.

Spider-noir: Nic Cage Returns To Work As Private Eye Ben Reilly In Newly Revealed Set Photos
Image
It's business as usual in Los Angeles now the worst of the wildfires is over and Spider-Noir resumed shooting yesterday. Lead star Nicolas Cage, no stranger to comic book adaptations, has been spotted in costume as Ben Reilly, albeit in his P.I. gear rather than a super-suit.

The actor first played this version of Spidey in 2018's Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and became an instant fan-favourite. The fact he's getting to reprise the role in live-action isn't something we ever expected, though this Spider-Man is Ben, not Peter Parker (we don't think that makes him a clone; it's more than likely a result of Sony not wanting to confuse audiences).

It's been a while since we got any updates about Spider-Noir but MGM and Amazon Prime appear to be moving full steam ahead with the streaming series.

While it was put into development before Sony Pictures pulled the plug on its villain-led Marvel Universe,...

The Best Part Of The War Of The Rohirrim Is When A Character Basically Becomes Batman
Image
Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky, seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone, nine for Mortal Men doomed to die, and one spoiler warning for those who haven't watched "The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim."

J.R.R. Tolkien's Legendarium is full of cool, larger-than-life characters that achieve mythical status via great feats of strength that defy the gods themselves. It's also a world populated by silly little guys like Tom Bombadil.

Most of the biggest, most legendary feats, of course, have been restricted to Tolkien's books so far. That's simply because these acts are so much larger-than-life that they are hard or near-impossible to translate into a TV show or even a movie. How could you properly depict the scale and sheer badassery of Ecthelion slaying Gothmog, the Captain of the Balrogs? Prime Video's "The Rings of Power," for all its flaws,...

10 Most Monstrous Daedric Princes In Skyrim, Ranked
Image
Within the world of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, there exists a menagerie of morally repugnant gods called the Daedric Princes who typically rule a distinct plane of Oblivion. Unlike the Divines, which often receive worship and reverence in Tamriel, the Daedra are considered taboo and villainous, and their worshipers keep to the shadows. From the deceitful Boethiah to the repulsive Peryite, these gods tend to not have mortals' best interests in mind, and use them as playthings and pawns in greater schemes.

That being said, there are certainly some Daedra more despicable than others, and some who are closer to being morally neutral. While none of these gods could truly be called "good," there are a few who stand out from the rest as the most evil and destructive forces in the Elder Scrolls. These ten Daedric Princes are among the worst players will meet and deal with in Skyrim,...

Cobra Kai’s Thomas Ian Griffith on Silver’s Return, Rivalry With Kreese: ‘He’s Not a Redeemable Character in Terry’s Eyes’
Image
Daniel and Chozen were in for some major shocks in Cobra Kai’s latest batch of episodes, but they definitely didn’t expect this.

After following the man who abducted Daniel to a spa, they couldn’t believe their eyes amid the steamy air and roar of hot tub jets: Terry Silver was back. “What would life be without a few surprises?” Silver asked the speechless group of senseis, which also included Kim Da-Eun and John Kreese. And with that, the stakes of the Sekai Taikai were raised even higher, as Miyagi-Do (and Cobra Kai) scrambled to get ahead of Silver’s next moves.

Mortal Kombat 1's Ghostface Is An Unexpected But Absolutely Perfect Addition To The Roster
Image
NetherRealm Studios recently dropped the gameplay trailer for Ghostface in Mortal Kombat 1's Khaos Reigns Dlc. The inclusion of the iconic masked killer from the Scream franchise took many by surprise, as he initially seemed like a rather boring character compared to the rest of the roster. Fortunately, the trailer revealed that Ghostface's gameplay is a clear standout that helps secure his place as an exciting introduction to the new characters being added in the Dlc.

This is not the first time the Mortal Kombat franchise has added horror movie characters to its games' rosters. Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare On Elm Street was added in MK9, while Jason and Leatherface were in Mortal Kombat X. Although Ghostface might come across as mildly underwhelming compared to these other horror icons, his inclusion in MK1 is still a pleasant surprise that is sure to be a fun time for players.

This 2018 Movie Was Supposed To Replace The Hunger Games, But Became One Of Cinema's Biggest Box Office Bombs
Image
The 2018 film, Mortal Engines, had the potential to become the next Hunger Games, but it ended up being one of the biggest box office failures. Adapted from Philip Reeve's novel of the same name, Mortal Engines takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where cities are on wheels. With Hera Hilma and Robert Sheehan leading the cast of Mortal Engines, the film showed a lot of promise, but it couldn't win over audiences and critics.

Following The Hunger Games' conclusion in 2015, there was a rush to find the next young adult franchise that could replicate its success. Mortal Engines was supposed to be that franchise, but it was released too little too late. Despite its stunning visual effects and world-building, Mortal Engines received mixed reviews. When the movie premiered, it only made $7.5 million domestically on its opening weekend (via Box Office Mojo).

Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2 Clip: Tory & Cobra Kai Suffer Early Sekai Taikai Defeat From Mortal Kombat Star's New Dojo
Image
A new clip from Cobra Kai season 6 part 2 has been released, showing Tory (Peyton List) and her new Cobra Kai members suffer an early defeat at Sekai Taikai after battling a Mortal Kombat star's new dojo. Cobra Kai season 6 part 1 ended with the death of Torys mother, the pain alongside other extenuating factors making her decide to join the titular dojo, now operated by John Kreese (Martin Kove) and Kim Da-Eun (Alicia Hannah-Kim). Part 2 is when the Sekai Taikai tournament will begin, meaning new character and group introductions, including inevitable new antagonists.

Now, Netflix (via Entertainment Weekly) has released a clip from Cobra Kai season 6 part 2, showing Tory, Kwon (Brandon H. Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2 Trailer Teases 5 New Episodes of the Karate Kid Series Coming to Netflix

Miyagi-Do is feeling the pressure in the exciting official trailer for Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2. Lord of the Rings star Hugo Weaving has "absolutely no desires" to return as Elrond
Image
The Lord of the Rings franchise is continuing to grow and expand. Of course, we've got Prime Video's prequel series The Rings of Power, and later this year The War of the Rohirrim will drop. Also currently in development is The Hunt for Gollum, a new live-action picture produced by Peter Jackson and helmed by Andy Serkis, who played Gollum in Jackson's original trilogy.

The announcement of a new Lord of the Rings movie has naturally prompted fans to wonder whether any of the original cast will return. We've already heard from some of the movie's biggest stars, such as Viggo Mortensen, who's expressed that he's totally down to jump back into Middle-earth: "Sure. I don't know exactly what the story is, I haven't heard. Maybe I'll hear about it eventually. I like playing that character. I learned a lot playing the character. I enjoyed it a lot," he told GQ.

Mortal Kombat Movie With 90% On Rotten Tomatoes Proves It Shouldnt Be This Hard To Get The Franchise Right
Image
The best-received Mortal Kombat movie is also the most underrated - and proves it shouldn't be so hard to get the live-action side of the franchise right. Video games are notoriously tricky to adapt to the big screen, and one of the few to succeed during the 1990s was the original Mortal Kombat movie. This had to water down the game's bone-crunching violence, but was a fun adventure with some solid fight sequences. Sadly, the 1997 sequel was a total dud, with Mortal Kombat: Annihilation's final cut being an unfinished workprint that producers somehow deemed worthy of release.

It took decades for Mortal Kombat 2021 to arrive, with the reboot cranking the violence all the way up to an R. However, the reviews for this outing were decidedly tepid, due to its bizarre decision to withhold the titular tournament until the sequel, and the blandness of new protagonist Cole Young (Lewis Tan). Hopefully,...

André Øvredal to direct mysterious horror project for Paramount
Image
At the start of last year, former DC Films boss Walter Hamada signed a first-look deal with Paramount Pictures, the idea being that he would become, as Deadline put it, “the architect of Paramount’s mainstream horror genre pod, with the mission to release several low- to mid-budget films per year across theatrical and streaming.” Recently, there have been casting announcements for a movie called Primate, which is being directed by genre regular Johannes Roberts and is part of Hamada’s horror-minded efforts at Paramount. Now, Deadline has broken the news that another Hamada horror project that’s moving forward at Paramount has gotten another genre regular, Andre Ovredal, to sign on as director.

Ovredal will be directing this other film from a screenplay written by Zachary Donohue and T.W. Burgess. Donohue previously directed and co-wrote the 2013 found footage horror film The Den and wrote and directed the TV series The Unknowable.

Mortal Kombat 2 Including This Tournament Fight Would Solve Everyones Problems With The 2021 Reboot

Mortal Kombat (2021) had some problems, but having one very important tournament fight happen in Mortal Kombat 2 is the key to improving the sequel. The Mortal Kombat franchise stood out from other fighting games due to its relatively complex story and interesting characters whose backstories were as interesting as seeing them fight. This means that, when it was time for Mortal Kombat to get the movie treatment, audiences had certain expectations for what they wanted to see. Mortal Kombat (1995) was a charming film, but it didnt quite match the tone of the game.

Mortal Kombat: Annihilation cannot be accused of not including characters and terms from the games, but everything else was a disaster. Finally, 2021s Mortal Kombat was expected to be the modern reboot that would do the franchise justice with an R rating and blockbuster-level visual effects. While the reboot did deliver in that regard the Mortal Kombat...

Spider-noir Casts Boardwalk Empire Star Jack Huston In Mysterious "Bodyguard" Role
Image
Deadline brings word that Amazon's Spider-Noir has cast Boardwalk Empire star Jack Huston in a mysterious "bodyguard" role. No further details have been shared, though he could be playing anyone from an unnamed heavy to a new take on villains like Hammerhead and Tombstone.

He now joins a cast which will be led by Nicolas Cage (who is supposedly playing Ben Reilly in place of Peter Parker), Brendan Gleeson, Lamorne Morris, Abraham Popoola, and Li Jun Li.

HBO's Boardwalk Empire put Huston on the map, though the ill-fated Ben-Hur derailed his attempt to become a Hollywood leading man. The closest he's come to starring in a comic book project is Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. His other credits include The Irishman, House of Gucci, and Fargo.

Spider-Noir will premiere on the MGM+ linear channel in the U.S. and globally on Prime Video.

Oren Uziel (Mortal Kombat) and Steve Lightfoot (The Punisher) are co-showrunners,...

The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power – The Palantír, Explained
Image
Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky, Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die, and one spoiler warning for those who haven't watched the first three episodes of "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" season 2.

Don't sleep on one of the most sneakily important storylines in all of "The Rings of Power." Compared to the surprisingly melodramatic intrigue between Morfydd Clark's Galadriel and Charlie Vickers' shapeshifting Halbrand/Sauron/Annatar or the more conventional journey of the Harfoot Nori (Markella Kavenagh) and The Stranger (Daniel Weyman), viewers would be forgiven for overlooking the political subplot currently taking shape over on the island kingdom of Númenor. After all, these characters don't even appear on the scene until the third episode of the season 2 premiere, but showrunners J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay quickly make up for lost time. After...

Photos From George Miller's Canceled Justice League Show Martian Manhunter
Image
Before director George Miller decided to return to the Mad Max franchise in 2015 with Fury Road, the Australian auteur was tapped by Warner Bros. to direct Justice League: Mortal in 2007. Now, 17 years later, we have another glimpse of what could have been thanks to filmmaker Ryan Unicomb. Millers latest, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, serves as a prequel to Fury Road, but was unfortunately a box office dud, and while these days Unicomb is using his talents as a Hollywood marketing guru, he was working on a documentary which has now fallen by the wayside that would have chronicled Millers version of Justice League.

Taking to his Instagram account earlier this week, Unicomb shared some photos of the late Hugh Keays-Byrne, who portrayed Immortan Joe in Fury Road before sadly passing away in 2020. The photos show his full transformation into Jonn Jonzz a.k.a. Martian Manhunter one of the...

Im So Sad Star Trek: Voyager Didnt Do A Planned Borg Zombie Episode
Image
Star Trek: Voyager's "Mortal Coil" had an original horror premise featuring a Borg zombie Samantha Wildman. Voyager was ultimately forced to scrap the horror idea due to it being too gruesome for Star Trek. While still a great Neelix episode, "Mortal Coil" missed a chance for a much more unique premise.

I've always liked Star Trek: Voyager's season 4 episode "Mortal Coil," but now I'm disappointed that its original premise was scrapped. "Mortal Coil" was the 12th episode of Voyager season 4, and featured a poignant storyline centered on Neelix (Ethan Phillips) struggling with his spirituality and questions of the afterlife after he was killed and subsequently revived in a shuttle accident. The episode is a tour-de-force for Neelix, and one of his best in the series, but one my favorite parts has always been Neelix's interactions with recurring character Samantha Wildman (Nacy Hower) and her daughter, Naomi Wildman (Scarlett Pomers...

The Borg Insulted The Kazon On Star Trek: Voyager But It Has A Deeper Meaning
Image
Star Trek: Voyager's "Mortal Coil" established that Borg didn't assimilate Kazon due to their unremarkable biology and technology. With one line, Voyager changed Borg lore, cementing that the Borg were picky about which species they assimilated. In general, Voyager expanded the Borg significantly, surpassing any other Star Trek series' exploration.

Star Trek: Voyager season 4 used the Borg to insult the Kazon and inadvertently ended up establishing an interesting Borg fact in the process. The Borg are one of the most popular and well-known villains in the Star Trek timeline and have gone through some extensive changes since they were first introduced in Star Trek: The Next Generation. While recent series like Star Trek: Picard have provided some of the biggest shifts the Borg have ever experienced, it was Voyager that originally defined much of their lore and backstory after the franchise had already established them.

By contrast, the Kazon...

Obscure Sega Game Eternal Champions Is Getting a Big-Budget Movie
Image
The production company behind Top Gun: Maverick is going back to the 1990s for its next attempt at a film franchise. According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, Skydance has hired Derek Connolly to pen the script for a live-action adaptation of the Sega video game Eternal Champions. There is no timeframe for production on the film yet, and it also has no studio attached. However, with Paramount Global's recent announcement that it has agreed to merge with Skydance, they have become the most likely landing spot for the video game flick.

The 48-year-old Miami native has written for a number of Hollywood's big-budget franchises, and is best known for writing all three films in the Jurassic World trilogy, which ended with 2022's Jurassic World: Dominion. Two of those films were directed by his friend and frequent collaborator Colin Trevorrow, and despite the trilogy's box office success, Connolly...

Hiroyuki Sanada and Joe Taslim in Mortal Kombat (2021)
Mortal Kombat 2 co-star says Karl Urban’s Johnny Cage will blow your socks off
Hiroyuki Sanada and Joe Taslim in Mortal Kombat (2021)
Mortal Kombat director Simon McQuoid is back at the helm for the sequel Mortal Kombat 2, and while the video game adaptation wrapped production back in January after a bumpy ride through the year of the strikes, it sounds like they’re doing some reshoots at the moment. Ludi Lin reprises the role of Liu Kang in the new film, and while doing the press rounds for the martial arts movie Art of Eight Limbs, where he co-stars with former TV Spider-Man Nicholas Hammond, Lin took a moment to hype Mortal Kombat 2 to the folks at Screen Rant, saying the sequel is bigger and better than its predecessor, and that Karl Urban’s performance as popular video game character Johnny Cage will “blow your socks off.”

The screenplay for Mortal Kombat 2 has been written by Jeremy Slater, who was the lead writer on the Marvel / Disney+ series Moon Knight.

Mortal Kombat 2 First Look at Princess Kitana
Image
It has begun. We have our first look at Mortal Kombat 2, straight from one of the creators. According to a report by ComicBook, Ed Boon has provided fans with the first look at the upcoming sequel to the hit 2021 live-action adaptation of the classic video game. The image, shared to Boon's social media, provides a partial glimpse of Princess Kitana, one of the fan-favorite core characters from the game, who makes her debut in the sequel.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter) Boon claimed to have taken the picture from producer Todd Garner's phone, during a screening of the rough cut of the film. Boon also jokingly referenced the scores of video game leaks he has had to endure over the years, saying "I can leak stuff too."

I recently saw a (unfinished cut) screening of the Mortal Kombat 2 movie. During the screening I broke into @Todd_Garner 's phone,...

Dragon's Lair Movie: Cast, Story & Everything We Know
Image
Quick Links The Dragon's Lair Movie Latest News The Dragon's Lair Movie Is Confirmed The Dragon's Lair Movie Cast The Dragon's Lair Movie Story Details Dragon's Lair: Further News & Info

Netflix is hard at work adapting the classic arcade game Dragon's Lair into a feature film, and there have already been a ton of updates on the Ryan Reynolds project. Created by noted game designer Rick Dyer, Dragon's Lair is a 1983 arcade game that casts the player as Dirk the Daring, a knight who must rescue Princess Daphne from the clutches of the evil dragon, Singe. Though the story was boilerplate fantasy, the game was notable for its use of laserdisc technology, and it featured full-motion animated graphics created by Don Bluth (The Secret of Nimh).

Even if Dragon's Lair featured very little actual gameplay, the classic '80s arcade game was a massive hit and became something of...

Mortal Kombat 2s Most Controversial Character Has Me Strangely Excited About The Upcoming Sequel
Image
Mortal Kombat 2 will feature the return of controversial character Cole Young, but the sequel aims to develop his role in a surprising way. Lewis Tan returns as Cole Young in Mortal Kombat 2, promising a new direction for the character to address criticism from the first film. Rather than killing off Cole Young, Mortal Kombat 2 will further develop the character, potentially as a more self-assured leader of Earth's Mortal Kombat fighters.

Mortal Kombat 2 will continue with the franchise's most controversial character, though I am weirdly more excited about the film because of this. The reboot of Mortal Kombat had a limited release in 2021 in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, yet became a hit on WB's Max streaming service. This was enough to see Mortal Kombat 2's story announced, as the first movie's characters return with new faces to fight in the titular tournament against the forces of Outworld.

Image
Helldivers 2, the co-op shooter title is one of the most popular titles released this year. The game has been loved by fans but it has been plagued with multiple issues lately that have marred the gaming experience of players.

Arrowhead Game Studios has been hard at work to fix these issue with patch updates and hotfixes. The developer has now brought another hotfix in Helldivers 2 but instead of fixing things, it has now broken a new weapon.

Spider-man: Noir Star Nicolas Cage Reveals Episode Count And Confirms "Monsters Are Involved"
Image
We recently learned that Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse star Nicolas Cage will reprise his role in Noir, a Prime Video series telling the story of an ageing and down-on-his-luck private investigator in 1930s New York, who is forced to grapple with his past life as the city's only superhero.

Now, Cage has broken his silence on the project in a recent interview with The New Yorker after being asked about his Hollywood influences.

"Well, I mean, the fantasy would be that I could try to aspire to be something more Golden Age," he started. "You know, something more like James Cagney or Humphrey Bogart. Or Hedy Lamarr or Bette Davis. I wanted to have that kind of aura, you know, like the more enigmatic, you don’t know too much."

"We’ll see what happens if I do this Amazon show [“Spider-Man Noir”], and they put me in black-and-white.

Mortal Kombat (1995) Revisited – Video Game Movie Review
Image
With Tyler having the clarity, gumption, and downright insight to throw the first live action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie at us as a gateway horror movie, it got me thinking about other movies that aren’t really horror movies but maybe got us thinking about dipping our toes into that now beloved genre. It got me thinking past things like A House with a Clock in its Walls, The Monster Squad, or other kids’ movies that are actually horror movies for kids. It got me thinking of late summer in 1995 and the old Charter Center theater off of Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach, California. It got me thinking of the first time I saw Mortal Kombat (watch it Here) and what that meant to both me and the state of video games as movies. Turn on your Techno Syndrome from the soundtrack and let’s revisit one of the...

Not Ed Boon, But 1 Other Mortal Kombat Developer Stopped Scorpion Being a Wonder Woman Ripoff
Image
From the original Mortal Kombat to Mortal Kombat 1, “Get Over Here” has become an iconic catchphrase among them. Basically, everything that Scorpion does has found a home in the hearts of people. One of his signature moves, when he harpoons the opponents through his Kunai rope dart, can raise the hair strands on anyone’s neck every time they hear it.

Little do they know, this could’ve become a matter of jokes today if the original concept had been added to the game. To that end, Scorpion might’ve become the cowboy running around, giving a loud “Yeehaw” instead of the original catchphrase. Maybe people would’ve given him a new alias, ‘Wonder Man’.

Mortal Kombat Would’ve Seen an Entirely Different Character
