A very rude customer comes to the hotel and Teeshay politely handles it. Then to investigate a homicide police came. The death has occurred due to consumption of adulterated liquor. Anahita Mehta (Aakanksha Singh) helps Security Manager Neel Gujra (Aashim Gulati) to seek out those alcohol bottles and save the restaurant.

Neel Gujral (Aashim Gulati) almost caught Anahita Mehta (Aakanksha Singh) in the record room. Mr. Gopal (Deven Bhojani ) unsuccessfully tries to end his life at the hotel in several ways. Anahita finds his suicide note, but she also learns that Gopal decided not to do it. Later it was found that Gopal killed himself by overdosing on sleeping pills.

Gulmohar Grand got a couple from overseas as its guest. These desperate couple paid some shady characters to adopt a baby for themselves. Gulmohar Grand staffs do all the things in their capability to get these offenders arrested and busting the whole racket for good.

A serial killer (Karan V. Grover) is now in Gulmohar Grand. His kills helpless escort girls. Anahita Mehta (Aakanksha Singh) tells hotel staffs to strengthen the security more. But, despite the taken measures an escort girl was murdered eventually. Later the serial killer takes Anahita as hostage when he was caught, and the police rescues Anahita from him. Somewhere else, someone is planning to attack Gulmohar Grand.

New guest Mr Devdhar (Parikshat Sahni) brought his wife to Gulmohar Grand to celebrate their 38th anniversary. Mr Pathak asks Aniruddh Dutt (Gaurav Chopra) to prepare for a amazing wedding for his daughter, Parinda Pathak (Pratyusha Banerjee). While Anahita Mehta (Aakanksha Singh) finds her way into her mother's room at the hotel.

Ronnie D'Souza (Nikhil Diwan) informs Neel Gujral (Aashim Gulati) about the future owner of Gulmohar Grand whose name is Mekji bhai . Aniruddh Dutt (Gaurav Chopra) try to convince K. K. Jaitley (Madan Joshi) about returning Mekji bhai's cash. Teeshay cheekily delivers Siddharth's letter to Parinda Pathak (Pratyusha Banerjee). Tina (Harleen Sethi) and Anahita Mehta (Aakanksha Singh) both help Parinda to elope.

Aniruddh Dutt (Gaurav Chopra) finds a terrible thing about Gulmohar Grand and informs Neel Gujral (Aashim Gulati) about it. After learning about the drug racket in the hotel he tries to find the peddler. Aniruddh involves Anahita Mehta (Aakanksha Singh) to help Neel. Ronnie D'Souza (Nikhil Diwan) and MekJi bhai mislead Neel and Anahita. Then Aniruddh thinks about doing a background check of Anahita.

K. K. Jaitley (Madan Joshi) informs Aniruddh Dutt (Gaurav Chopra) about a grand party. And for the party Teeshay was preparing a DVD. Anahita Mehta (Aakanksha Singh) finally decides to reveal her real identity to K. K. Aniruddh hides Mayuri Jaitley Fernandez's (Pooja Kanwal) letter from K. K. Teeshay could not express his feelings to Tina (Harleen Sethi). Later when K. K. watched the DVD, he gets a heart attack.

About the incident in the party with the DVD Aniruddh Dutt (Gaurav Chopra) suspects Anahita Mehta (Aakanksha Singh). Kadambari Karthik (Shubhangi Atre Poorey) tells Aniruddh about the tortures she endures by her husband'. In an incident Tesshay tries to defend Tina (Harleen Sethi). Meanwhile K. K. Jaitley (Madan Joshi) returns from the hospital after recovering. Finally Kadambari brings her husband's misdeeds out in the open.

Aniruddh Dutt (Gaurav Chopra) has a growing suspicion about Anahita Mehta (Aakanksha Singh) and asks Neel Gujral (Aashim Gulati) to keep an eye on her. Teeshay tactfully handles a problematic guest, Narayan. Ronnie D'Souza (Nikhil Diwan) asks a staff, Saloni (Rashi Mal) to help him with standing against K. K. Jaitley (Madan Joshi). That notorious guest Narayan leaves the bathtub tap open and physically assaults Ronnie for scolding him. Aniruddh changes his mind about Mayuri Jaitley Fernandez (Pooja Kanwal) and finally decides to give her letter to K. K.
