    Great Movie, Music, Dialogs

One of the best movies coming out of Bollywood this year, Laal Rang is a arguably not a big budget movie but with great performances is a memorable entertainer.

A gripping story of tales of love, affection, friendship, betrayal in the backdrop of black market trade of human blood and finally culminating into a emotional climax. The neo noir elements are so visible and yet the comic moments are so subtly crafted, that the movie stands apart in story telling and direction.

The movie excels in every department. Some really talented crew over there making the lyrics, dialog, music, editing and direction. Very realistically narrated, superb dialog (many deserve to go down as quotes) and a knockout performance by Randeep Hooda (playing Shankar).

The movie presents the classic time tested topic of a generally accepted bad guy turning out to be everybody's hero with an unexpected sacrifice. This has rarely failed with the Indian viewers!

Randeep Hooda Once Again At His Best !

Director Syed Ahmad Afzal Did Great Job Brilliant Storyline & Screenplay. Rare To Find Good Movies Now A Days In Indian Cinema But This One Is Different and Good Film. Randeep Hooda Once Again At His Best, Brilliant Actor He is Better than Shah Rukh Khan & Other Commercial Actors Actually. Randeep Hooda & Nawazuddin Siddiqui Both Real Assets For Indian Cinema Both Did Lots Of Different Roles Though. Laal Rung Shows Us Loyality, Brotherhood, & Never The Less Contructive Movie Not Just Showed The Flaws In The Society But To Correct Them As Well. Randeep Hooda Philosophy In The Film Is Whatever You Do Either Right or Wrong Do With Honesty. Best Dialogue In The Dark Movie Is Said By Randeep Hooda "HAR CHEEZ KA EK TAME HOTAA HAI" Really Awesome. Laal Rung Is Must Watch.

    Great Movie

Great movie.. really nice story and amazing dialogues.. Movie is simple and realistic and yet amazing with amazing performances by all the actors. I think its a must watch.. Performance by Randeep Hooda is outstanding and amazing. To be honest I did not had much expectations from movie but the movie turned out to be really amazing. The movie is based on the blood racket in Haryana in 2002. Performances by other actors are also great. The movie is about how u get greedy and make mistakes to earn quick money and then end up in big troubles. The movie also shows the great time of yamaha rx100 you know what I mean, that bike was really popular at that time.

Good movie.. nice story and great dialogues..

Simple, realistic and yet great with good performances by the actors. A must watch.. Randeep Hooda is outstanding.. Frankly, I didn't have much expectation from this flick, but it came to be pretty gripping. The movie is built around the Blood selling racket thriving in Haryana in 2002. I think the name and the central theme is a kind of a turn off for a movie goer in India. That becomes a kind of a deal breaker or road block for good cinema. But, in my opinion, the focus should be decided in advance like any strategy. 1. To be seen my as many people as possible or 2. To be entered in film festivals or 3. To be known as art cinema or 4. You don't care about anyone..and its just a canvas to showcase your skills.

I think whatever is the message, it will be successful only if seen by maximum people. So, keeping that in mind, the messaging shouldn't have been built around the blood racket…the racket should have been a side effect of the movie. Yes, I know that sounds kinda ridiculous. But, pls understand the mental motivation of the typical Indian masses who go to watch cinema….its escapist. So, if the title was made more attractive and the focus was on another point in the movie…I think it would have had a chance at better success.

If you notice most happier, funnier sounding titles tend to improve the chances of the movie being seen by a higher percentage. And once they sat through the first 20mins….they would have been too involved.

Randeep Hooda has hacked the Bollywood code! And I kinda liked the dark humor…very unbollywood…nice twist to it.

Catch it, if you are in the mood for some serious content and acting.

One of the good movies coming out of Bollywood this year, though not a big budget shooter…. Laal Rang is a crackling entertainer.

    Awesome movie

The trailer in itself is so gripping and i decided that i will watch the movie once it gets released. The movie will keep you glued to your seats throughout. Awesome acting by Randeep Hooda and perfect justice giving haryanvi role to a haryanvi guy and he has fulfilled it to perfection. It has some real intense moments and show how the blood racket runs throughout and even if someone is running they cant be just crazy for making money but ensure that they do it wisely. I believe Randeep is often underrated and if he keeps on doing these roles he will be a legend soon. Must watch if you want to see some serious content and acting.
