Nisha's father, a successful businessman in Chandigarh on learning about his daughter's affair, forces her back to Punjab due to his hatred for Maharashtrians, being once cheated by his Marathi business partner. When Nisha's wedding is fixed with a Punjabi boy, Aniket along with his progressive mother, Uncle (a stage actor) and a few friends rush to Punjab on a mission to get Nisha back. Do they succeed?
