      Remember to remember

At the beginning I thought it is pretty average as for a Korean movie however the last twist is mind blowing. Perfectly concludes the beginning and adds a really unusual spell to the denouement. I have an impression that the other reviewer didn't understand the twist at all.

      Korean "mystery" disappointment

I am a huge fan of Korean mystery movies. But this movie is more of drama and romance and there is no mystery at all. Too slow and boring at times. The movie starts of very well and you keep thinking there is a big revelation to come but all the waiting will be for a romantic ending. And there is another sub plot of a lady with missing husband which has nothing to do with the real story at all. Director just added it to make the movie for little longer because there is nothing else in the real story.

There is a mystery, but this movie isn't really a "mystery".

I enjoyed this movie a lot-- it's really fairly considered more as a drama than a mystery, though I thought the mystery aspects were well done and compelling. It's much more of a small-scale human interaction piece than anything with a huge reveal.

I love both of the lead actors in this film (they are both routinely excellent) and they are unsurprisingly lovely together. Kim Ha-neul does a great job of portraying a character trying to navigate several kinds of grief and keep some version of herself intact. Jung Woo-sung is operating here in a more vulnerable mode and balances the hidden contradictions of his character in a very believable way.

I can't say much about the characters themselves without giving too much away, but I found them to be nuanced and believable.

I hope the writer/director does more projects in the future-- I think this is a really excellent first feature film and I would love to see what else she comes up with.
