Strange Movie, but not a Good One

I'm surprised no one has reviewed this film but somehow it gets over a 7 in number rankings.

Very odd movie that has dismal acting.

That's too bad because there seems to be some money behind it with a pretty good production value. The acting is like early John Waters acting.

Not even sure what the plot is supposed to be. A crazy photo studio or a mad doctor.

In the end, it doesnt matter because it's not a very good movie and deserves no where near 7 stars.
