I'm a full grown man and I must say I love this show. It's so sweet, and it is a bit allegorical to what is happening to animals in general now days. The show actually educates a little bit on this, and the vision of the show is the importance of animal conservation. The main character in the show, especially the antagonist, are a bit of stock but it is still a great show. It is also more interactive than other shows with short bonus videos with different endings related to the episodes at the end each one.
This show is amazing interesting! I really recommend this show for any type of person who might be bored or looking for a animated show like how I did. In Netflix it might not seem cool as of the thumbnail (Picture) but the series is really cool and made my month but I couldn't sleep because I would think of it lol. I love futuristic type of movies so if you do to this is the perfect show for you!
Kong of the Apes is a good fun kids Netflix original show. It follows the adventures of a futuristic King Kong as he and his friends protect the people and nature from a jealous super villain cyborg and his robotic dinosaur army.
The show is predictable,as are most kid shows when viewed by adults. It teaches kids that the natural world must be protected and is easy for them to understand. The humor is harmless classic kids stuff. Adults may or may not be amused depending on their humor type.
By far the coolest feature of this show is the unlocking system. Each episode you watch unlocks items and "battle" episodes which encourages kids to watch the WHOLE show if they want the extra content. So it feels like a game.
I recommend this to as a parent to parents who believe teaching their kids to protect the natural environment, and like a little Sci-fi fun with dinosaurs!

Guess it's mainly for kids, so my expectations weren't high before watching, but I ended up enjoying it. I'm 25, and I barely watch cartoons, but I'm almost done with all the episodes. It's entertaining, fun, and simple-something to watch when you want to cool your head. It's a great show where kids and adults can both enjoy it together. This is also my first time leaving a review, but I couldn't pass this one up because it doesn't deserve the negative reviews it has received.
The characters are well-developed, and the storylines are engaging without being overly complicated. Give it a chance.

With all the good animation coming out these days it's shocking to come across such a lame effort. So many other good options available don't waste a minute on this one.
