This making of covers the usual routine of its kind of material with interviews with the main cast talking about their characters and the
experience of working with the great John Frankenheimer, the director sharing his ideas about the movie and why Paris was the perfect location for
the action-packed thriller, and there's also behind the scenes moments of the car stunts - if you've seen the movie you already know how amazingly
well elaborated the car chases of "Ronin" were and no one can't think of better sequences done in recent film history. Everybody's in a good mood,
they're all humored except for De Niro but we all know he doesn't like interviews at all.
It's a quite entertaining piece, but it reveals a little of the major plot points and twists so watch it after the film (one of the best of its genre with a stellar cast). Pity that the DVD version of "Ronin" does not contain this making of, neither the one with the car-stunt coordinator detailing the filming of car chase sequences, and also missing is the alternate ending revolving Deirdre's fate (Natascha McElhone character). Gladly, internet helped me in seeing all of those, just to kill my curiousity about the making of a fantastic film. 8/10.
