An interesting document showing the backstage of coaches' work. It is worth watching it with the awareness that it is impossible to show the entire coaching process and its depth in 2 hours and we only see the tip of the iceberg. It is valuable that in this film we can observe different types of coaching and different ways and dynamics of coaches' work.
"Look before you leap:" is an age-old adage that works in many areas of our lives but isn't needed to watch "Leap - the coaching movie." The story lines are familiar to us all and, at times, so personal that they're a bit uncomfortable and hard to believe. This is precisely why everyone should take a look. The participants placed their trust and faith in the process, producers and coaches - and each story delivers a fantastic result. So, take the leap on this and watch the movie - you'll enjoy one of the safest landings of your life!
Fantastic documentary on the importance and need of coaching in today´s complex life. The documentary does a very good job in explaining how coaching can shift the observers we are and move forward towards what we want to be and achieve. It gives back hope, motivation and strenght to many who have lost it.
Missing a few more pieces to really understand but I think this is just the eye opener. Enjoyed watching it very much.
A very moving account of the journey of four people who learned that we all have to potential to achieve our dreams if we can just remove the fear of being successful. Proof that the psychology-based principles which underpin coaching are real and, for those brave enough to employ them, anything is possible. Inspiring.
