Came for Mike Faist, stayed for a touching story! Overall just a feel good film, definitely enjoyed and would recommend!
At long last a refreshing movie with a theme! No curse words substituted
for intelligent vocabulary to express self. No nasty twerking or downgrading women. Highly recommend it for families. Its truly amazing. I wish there were more such as these as I tire & refuse to spend my money to hear a bunch of sailor cursing & actiny as strippers desensitizing us. Insulting our intelligence. I yearn for movies & music to be made with true integrity of before. A movie I wouldn't be uncomfortable sharing with the kids. A movie that forces the actor to hone their craft. Not just to slide by for a quick paycheck! A movie with a message to learn, to aspire, to motivate the viewer. A movie where you walk away with that good feeling inside, ya know. This is all that & a big bag of chips!!
I'm a 55 year old man and have given up on being impressed by any movie , this is the exception , should be a must watch for kids .
This movie was enjoyable and well written. I am very impressed with the story, acting and the production of this work of art. The writer and director deserve every award that comes from their hard work. This is quality film making at its best. Highly recommended!

Very surprised that this film has not had more media coverage. This is a refreshing change to the tired martial arts genre. We actually have a touching storyline that moves away from the over the top macho rubbish that seems to be in every other film. Whether you like martial arts or not, please give this a try. It is not a action film, it actually has a very compelling story.
