Wooden? I wouldn't if I was you

I started out quite enjoying the story, a bit rambling but since then it's got increasingly worse. Everything was fine whilst the characters weren't talking but then I heard and saw the "acting" . Laughably wooden actors reciting dialogue that's as wooden as they are!

I'm only about 25 minutes in and I intend to push on in the hope that the story makes up for the acting...wish me luck!

Mysterious, dark, prophetic.

A film beautiful and brilliant in its mystical suggestion of apocalyptic proportions. I suppose some might find it confusing or frustrating, for me that is the reality of metaphysics, questions don't get answered and conclusions can't be reached. Not with our current understanding, and as someone who reads a lot on philosophy and mysticism, this is a realistic representation far superior to anything blockbusters offer. Loved it - very happy to know these films are getting made.

Atrocious

Absolutely no direction in this film. The actors walked around as though they were at a funeral, when they were supposed to be moving with a purpose.

I'm sorry I didn't take note of the vote count on IMDB, I just saw the 7.1 and thought it must be better than the other film I was going to watch.

I'm spitting chips for wasting my time watching this.

Good Idea. BAD FILM

Such a shame, because this is a great idea for a great Science Fiction. But this isn't one.

The narrative of the film crawls along at a snails pace, and the dialogue is awful. Essentially what you get is an awful film, really, REALLY badly acted. Particular rotten tomatoes go to David Aldread for his primary school portrayal and charactisation of Dr Mark Thompson. His acting is SO bad, I wanted upload his appearances online just to make bad acting memes!

Basically, if you think this looks like a cool film to fill an hour and a half. I would rather choose to pick out pins from a cactus using just my eyelids for an hour and a half instead.

Trivia
While filming scene(s) in Northern Georgia at a location with not so obscure ties with a predicted doomsday event, the Unit B production team was caught in the midst of an actual swarm of locusts. What made this particularly interesting was the fact that it happened right at the location that has these supposed ties to the end of days. A swarm of locusts is mentioned in the New Testament of the Christian Bible predicting the end times:

"And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men." - Revelation 9:7.
