Lost in Terra Dimension

Bored of identikit blockbusters and flatpack franchises which always seem to end with something smashing something else amid an ocean of CGI?

It's artful and full of haunting, elemental visuals - for all the talk of studio notes, this feels like a work of singular vision - but it also gallops along at times.

She's clearly having a blast with a character who is never entirely moored to the world she inhabits or any traditional gender role.

The casting is immaculate an ensemble that fit perfectly in this world - and the language is as rich as you'd expect.

Great watch with your family.

I didn't have any expectations or any prior knowledge of this low-budget indie production, but I was pleasantly surprised by the storyline and the actors in it. The fantasy storyline is very creative and the effects really did add a lot to the film, even if elements such as sound quality were inconsistent. Regardless of that fact, it was an enjoyable short film to watch and to see a variety of diverse talent come together.

It's well made Sifi feature film with a smartly use of resources .. Actor , crew & actors done the great job .. It's worth to watch this movie .. Story & plot is brilliant. Gutierrez and Lehto are grateful to have the help of amazing actors, film editor Vasilios Alagiannis, film visual effects artist Kevin Morris, film sound and composer Ly Vui and crew members, including Elvie Gro. Medina. Gutierrez and Lehto worked almost every weekend for a year; traveling in California between Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino, Ontario and Riverside to shoot the footage and scout the locations for each scene. The film was brought to life with the hard work of everyone involved.

I've always loved midnight movies, from Eraserhead to Fateful Findings to a more recent entry, Color Out of Space. There's always something truly amazing about sitting back and letting a movie like this wash over you. It's a rollercoaster of emotions. Especially now. Films have become so rigid and for the most part the fun has been sucked out. But Lost in Terra Dimension is a film that harnesses the independent spirit of filmmaking and couples it with the joy of the history of the midnight movie. It takes you on a loopy ride through a world that's filled with deliciously overwrought love, lo-fi sci fi and best of all humor.

Lost in Terra Dimension was a really fun watch. Great cast with great chemistry. I love how the storyline was very different but familiar at the same time.

I can only imagine how hard it is to pull of a genre like sci-fi independently on a low budget but this movie surely does the impossible. Decent effects and the great story really carry you through. Another pleasant surprise for me was the music. I really enjoyed the score.

If you're into sci-fi/fantasy film you should give this film a try. I'm sure you'll enjoy it and leave the film wanting more.
