Top Million Dollar Agent

Just terrible! I love real estate! This is horrible.. if they are agents I get why they are terrible actors, but the soap opera part and the direction of the series (or none direction) is horrible!

I love real estate TV shows and this one is my favourite. The houses are gorgeous and a perfect mix of traditional and modern. I especially loved the episode with the house from the show Schitt's Creek - that was too cool!

Also worth mentioning that it's awesome seeing a real estate reality show that is filmed in Canada since the majority are American.

I watched the first season and enjoyed it, especially as I live in Toronto and got to see representations of familiar neighborhoods. I was able to ignore the bad acting in the interactions between the realtors, and enjoy seeing inside the mansions of the wealthy. There were some spectacular homes. The second season went downhill fast. I had to wonder why rich people would allow themselves to be filmed arguing and making threats, and broadcast it for all the world to see. I subsequently found out that actors were reenacting tours down previously by actual clients, and adding fake fights. I bailed on the series in the third episode. I also didn't appreciate the deep dive into the personal lives of the realtors.

Top Million Dollar Agent is a genuinely fun and informative program. I appreciate the episodes that take place abroad as it really gives a clear vision of how far the Canadian dollar goes in Asia.

I don't care what the realtors drive or want to see them shop for clothes. Seeing the houses is the only good part of the show. The rest of the show is just the realtors having painfully fake/staged conversations. I just want to screen at the screen SHUT UP AND SHOW ME THE HOUSES! They don't show the houses enough. The realtors are incredibly annoying - not likable people. Instead of focusing on the annoying realtors just show the houses ugh
