At 47 years old, Songwriter Hall of Fame Inductee, Sean Carter entered his third decade in the industry with a project reminiscent of his past - in both story and sound. 4, produced by , is truly characterized by it's samples. From the laid back grooves off Nina Simone's 'Baltimore' to the thrill inducing cries of Hannah Williams & The Affirmation's 'Late Nights and Heartbreaks' one may find themselves asking, "Did I click on a Bond movie soundtrack by mistake?" Though only 10 tracks, the samples provide Carter's 13th studio album the fullness of a two-disc release; with each sample providing a stroke of pain, pride, power, and regret on the canvas of fortune.

"He raps appreciatively, it's real. The lack of sonic clarity sounds intentional. Fine Art. 10/10" - Director Melbourne Centre of Performing arts
"10/10 TALENT" - Rolling Stones
"10/10 Still flowin the movie, I would recommend. The director has something magical. Rap beats and ungainly rhymes into rough magic, and dazzle his audience in the process" - Ego Trip magazine.

As you might or might not know, rapper RAED, who chronicles the story of his rapcareer in this movie, is somewhat of a cult phenomenon, having attracted hundreds of thousands of Youtube-views for his atrocious songs, each one of them a sonic mess of barely intelligible off-beat rapping and very crude electronic beats.
What's wondrous about him is that he still persists to make music despite thousands of people shitting on it. He just can't stop. Drugs play a part in this. He posts video's on Facebook of him smoking a crystalmeth pipe with some scruffy other fellow. In the movie he and his friends start snorting cocaine for no reason, guess they had enough budget for this ' movie'.
' Movie' is a big word for this document. RAED, who directed the thing, frames the story of his rise to (dubious) fame in one of the weirder documents you'll see on this planet, a wreck plagued by bad camera- work, inaudible dialogue, terrible music and unexpected sound effects that sound like a robot experiencing psychosis.
Go see for yourself, you have been warned. It's just a mess beyond belief, a sight to behold. I know i belong to a minority in this regard but this movie actually made me laugh more than most big-budget comedies. A very good bad movie.

There are 12-year-olds with downs syndrome uploading cell phone home movies to YouTube that are better qualified to call themselves filmmakers than anyone involved in this atrocity. Someone should convene a war crime tribunal in order to bring some semblance of justice to the victims of "Still Flowin".
You can't even understand around 80% of the dialogue in this due to the total lack of audio mixing and lack of any attempt to isolate the "actors" (I use this term very loosely) from random background noise, and yet, from the 20% I could hear, missing out on the rest may be more of a blessing than anything else.
IMDb needs to institute ratings of 0 and below specifically for movies like this. Rating it 1 is an insult to every other 1-rated film on the site.
There is nothing - literally nothing - even mediocre about this movie. From the soundtrack to the pacing to the editing to everything else, it is all unmitigated garbage vomited out from the deepest reaches of hell's septic tank.

Incredibly still flowin is still a hit not only here downunder but internationally now recognised as Hero Of Rap.
"Mother of Rap". -Top Gear magazine
Tripplah Productions© Has blessed us with an album which feels like an instant classic. Masterful samples, quality rapping and a reminder why he was put on the hall of fame. Collapse. Rise. Fame".

"10. I loved every second of the album, and I hope that the three new songs from the physical copies are as good"

A deep and inspirational album from Tripplah. Which deals with real social issues such as building upward mobility within the black community. It questions the very materialistic lifestyle which rap was founded upon. Envy in every industry. The beats are great the pair delivers some insane flows on this project. The album doesn't need to be long because the director derives his message clearly. Inviting.
10/20.
