A little low quality but amazing plot! I personally like the characters and actors who portrayed them. Some parts could have been a little better but all in all, I think it was a great movie. Especially love the music. NF is an amazing artist and I was so excited to see someone taking interest in him enough to use his music in this movie. Great job to the actors and crew
Genuinely one of the worst films I have ever seen. The acting was so bad, I blacked out from sheer rage and awoke several minutes later to find I had strangled my dog. The abysmal acting was second only to the complete absence of a coherent or relevant plot. I was unable to get more then 25 minutes into this film I am a worse human being for having watched 25 minutes of the utmost highest order of cinematic effluence ever to darken the screen of my TV. I feel I have been fair and balanced in my review.
Bear and Cowboy are Marines. They escape ISIS torture and make it all the way back home. Dr. Rev is taking care of Cowboy who is dying from an ISIS injection. He's told that he has three months to live. Bear tries to reconnect with his ex Skyler. Unable to find work, he goes back to mixed martial arts but Coach Bronx (Eric Roberts) refuses to train him.
This is a low budget indie. It's a struggle to find a focus for this film. The leads are not great actors. The movie is split into two stories that don't really connect until the end. It's a bunch of movie ideas being jammed together. I get the idea of sacrifice . It's better to concentrate the story solely on Bear. It may be better for him to be the sole survivor dealing with survivor guilt. Scott Pryor probably piece together this film while writing in the gym. Maybe he should get a scrawny nerdy writer to clean up this film. The fights are fine but I get the sense that it's where most of the effort went into. This wants to be Rocky but the secret of that film is that Sly is actually a good writer.

First off a lot of the reviewers are giving horrible reviews because its similiar to Warrior. While I do agree and personally think warrior is better film I have two words to those people SO WHAT!!! All movies nowadays are the same how about reviewing a movie for the actual content in it.
Back to my review this is not bad movie by any means. The story is sad and pacing isn't bad either. My only complaints are with the action it was very choppy at times also some dialogue was bit corny. But for b- movie thats free on netflix its def worth a watch.

This movie is just terrible to watch. Totally unnecessary scene after scene. Don't even know how the lame script would get a nod from the investors to waste their money for nothing. This is a below B-level movie which is further certified the involvement of Eric Roberts, because any film with him in it is doomed to be with bad screenplay, bad directing, bad actors who are most unknown and without acting talent, anything except "Suits", all certified too bad to watch. He's one of the brand names of bad movies. And this time, I wasted about 25 minutes until the realization that I was watching a totally pointless and boring movie. "Inspirational"? as the other reviewer praised? Well, I think watching the ants doing their daily food collecting chore would be more inspirational.
