Insane Pools Off the Deep End

I only just started watching and can't completely say if I love all the designs, but my god the scripted responses and acting is flat out awful. This is why I can't watch reality shows. The people are way to cringe to handle!

Water is the most important resource on this planet. It is also a limited resource, and to see it unnecessarily wasted on this show in such vast quantities as not-quite-miniature theme parks for vapid rich people is really what is insane about this show. These kinds of pools should not be celebrated. They should be vilified.

All of the pools look the same, like they dug a hole and dumped in big rocks. They are about as natural looking as a snowmobile in Miami! They NEVER seem like they fit the surroundings. Simply put...... UGLY!

Granted these pools are out of touch for most folks but nonetheless they're awesome pools.. the ideas Lucas comes up with are pretty cool ... we have a pool and we used natural rock vs fabricated , it's so much nicer and prettier .. although Lucas would laugh at my grotto actually he's find it "cute".. Woman's knowledge of landscaping and what shrubs / trees bring color and dimension to the yard is outstanding. Sometimes the show can get a bit redundant but overall I like watching it and hope they'll add another season soon.. one can only watch reruns so many times
