Catriona MacColl is interviewed for this 34-minute interview where she discusses the three films that she made with director Lucio Fucli. These films are of course CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD, THE BEYOND and THE HOUSE BY THE CEMETERY, which have gained a huge cult following over the past couple decades. MacColl talks about how she met Fulci, her first thoughts of him and she talks about each film's screenplay, her original thoughts and how she feels after all these years. MacColl has been interviewed for a variety of discs over the years but this here is certainly the most complete discussion she's given as she has on sitting to discuss all the films. She certainly shines a good deal of light about all three's production and how she thought Fulci handled each film. She also takes on his reputation of being mean and discusses her only issue with him, which was the maggot scene in CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD. Fans of Fulci or the actress will certainly enjoy this featurette because of how much detail each film gets and there's really not any downtime as we get non-stop details from start to finish. She also discusses being offered THE NEW YORK RIPPER and talks about why she turned it down. This here is certainly a must-see for fans of the director.
