    Lofton Remembers Nailgun

The Nail Gun Massacre: Interview with Terry Lofton (2014)

    *** 1/2 (out of 4)

This 16-minute interview has Terry Lofton discussing his cult film THE NAIL GUN MASSACRE. There was a previous featurette called NAILED that had Lofton talking about the film and his career but this one here certainly goes into more details. A wide range of subjects are discussed including his claim that the humor in the film was done on purpose because he realized that he just wasn't going to be able to scare anyone horror wise. From here he talks about the various video people who stole money from him or how they'd try to make the expenses look a lot worse than they were so that they wouldn't have to pay him any money. He even calls out a couple companies, which I'm surprised was left in the featurette. He also talks about the rise of "fame" or notoriety. Fans of the movie, which there are plenty, are going to have a good time with this interview with Lofton has always come across as a fun guy and he obviously enjoys talking about the film.
