Loved this! My roommate and I caught a pre-screening of Loud Places and were pretty captivated by it. It captures so many different kinds of relationships and emotions in plot line that keeps deepening throughout. The direction/filming were amazing and the cast had tremendous chemistry on screen. I highly recommend this!
Worth watching for the music alone. The film is really slow but the acting is great and the music is GREAT.

I was curious about this movie after I read that it was filmed in New Hampshire (I'm a native), so my boyfriend and I cued it up one Friday night, and I have to say, it did not disappoint. I was first struck by how visually stunning it is. It's filled with some amazing shots that really put the lushness and beauty of NH in summertime on display, but reveal sparseness and decay at the same time. Then the sound, acting, and uneasy storyline kicked in to pull me in even further -- everything was tuned perfectly to enhance everything else. A lot about this movie has stuck with me since I watched it about a week ago, I'd definitely give it a watch to see how it settles with you!
I came across this movie because a friend recommended it. I'm really into independent films and this one certainly delivers. The look grabs your attention and the acting draws you closer. Every aspect, from the location and visuals, to the music and performances, adds to an uneasy mood that keeps you on edge. Watch it then recommend it to a friend because after you see it you'll want to talk about it.

This film looks beautiful and sounds amazing. The story is good and not one of those "I knew it" plots. Keeps your attention for the entire time. The acting is right up there and the film can carry its own against much of the stuff coming from the west coast these days. Great to see and Indy project that shows professionalism throughout.
