An Emotional Movie

One can love someone they can't be with. The movie made me so emotional... I recommend this movie to any career driven woman.

To ladies and gentlemen: While chasing your career goals, love is as important. You have to balance. If your life outside work is miserable, it will eventually affect your job.

Everything about this movie was bad- bad characterization, bad casting, terrible plot, terrible dialogue. Please don't watch it. It's everthing but a good movie.

Reality check/no happy ending.

The plot comes very close to the ills that many African American women suffer with romance/marriage/career and settling in relationships, by focusing on a particular incident that may or may not be simular to an actual occurance. So sad but statistics prove that there are many unmarried black women in America. This movie is refreshing because it deals with this reality which so many face. Hopefully its the start of addressing this problem in our society while acknowledging the facts so we can strive towards a solution. Then we can heal.

Omg - worst movie I have watched for a long time.

Ridiculous plot. Bizarre dialogue , rough acting. And such a weird message it gives out. I don't know who is giving the 10* reviews for this - as they didn't each the same movie as me. Successful lawyer - can't get a man - so just go to some crazy length to get one.... bizarre and awful.
