Star Cadets

This is a fun little sci-fi short film about two space pilots-reminiscent of characters from Star Wars or Battlestar Galactica-chitchatting about life while flying around and patrolling the galaxy. Amid their more or less meaningful conversations, one pilot unsuccessfully tries to deliver a gift to the other, leading to a rather humorous situation. Little do they know, the gift will play a major role in the future of humankind.

The short film is clearly made with tongue firmly in cheek, offering humorous dialogue and laughable characters. The visual effects are decent, especially considering the film's lighthearted, comedic tone and the fact that it's not meant to be taken too seriously.
